Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Todi

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

There are not enough words to describe how much we loved Maria‘s house. It was perfect for a family. It was also the newest and most updated interior Italian house I’ve seen so far on my journey. Maria was so communicative and hospitable. We would’ve stayed longer if we could. 10 out of 10.

Easter was of course a risk with the weather. Then we found the villa. A pool heated to 33 degrees - just the solution. Large living and dining area with equally spacious terraces. Enough towels are available, everything is fine. Do not come with the sports cars (the last mile is gravel road) and adjust to the steps to the bedrooms. Then enjoy the tranquility and the view! Dinner at the oil mill is worth the money and the trip. 11 days went by too quickly.

Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

If you stay here, you will find yourself in a painting, so beautiful is this cottage located in the mountains! Lucca is really super nice and funny. He tells a lot. The restaurant they run is fine too, and good food! The breakfast is very good. We definitely recommend this cottage!

Do not hesitate to book this well cared for Villa. It’s just as shown in the pictures. We felt very much at home here at this slice of paradise. The Mom & Dad work VERY hard to make the place sparkle and make guests feel very much at home. Would LOVE to visit again and see Nonna & Nonno. Dinner with Nonna cooking is a must. Charming town and perfect place to use as home base for day trips. Can’t think of one negative comment. Perfect place, location, hosts & vacation spot 🇮🇹🍝🍕🍷❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We had a fantastic stay at Leonardo's "LA CASA DI GIULIANA” place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we planned. Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We especially loved the location, the the cozy balcony and the quiet surroundings. Everything we needed was available and thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! Simone was a truly fantastic host. He was always so friendly, eager to help, and checked in with us every few days to make sure everything was okay, but never to the point it felt like it was encroaching on our privacy. Both check in and check out were super easy. The villa and its surroundings are absolutely stunning. I’d go as far to say it’s the best airbnb I have stayed in. The photos don’t show just how many areas there are on different levels which is great if you like to have a bit of privacy or different views every now and then. We loved watching the sunset over Tuscany each night. If you find steep hills a bit of a challenge, you may have difficulty walking to/from town, but this is no problem if you’ve hired a car. We had an amazing four weeks staying at Bellagatta, using it as a base to explore Tuscany & surrounds, and it met all our expectations and more. Bellagatta is a positioned on a hilltop with stunning 360 degree panoramic views, more beautiful than the photos. The annexe that we stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable and well fitted out. Air con was useful on the first few days of our stay which were very hot. The property is well situated, 10 minute drive into Buonconvento (not quite an easy return walk up the hill!) which was convenient for restaurants & shopping. Gaetano was a most delightful host, very welcoming, & always taking interest in which towns we were travelling to and providing useful tips for our visits. His property manager, Susil, was also readily available and looked after us with anything we needed , even providing fresh eggs, vegetables & olive oil from the property. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! Ginacarlo and Gabriella are extremely friendly hosts who have a lot of helpful recommendations and are always very responsive. Moreover, they not only brought us homemade pizza, sweet treats, fruits and wine, they also brought toys for our 1.5year old daughter! The home is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The views from the patio of the surroundings are amazing!! The entire area is also very peaceful and relaxing and close to many interesting locations (Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano etc). We highly recommend this place and would come back again!

We absolutely loved our stay! Giovanni was an incredible host: kind, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Our stay at Villa Nobile was exceptional. The villa provided the perfect balance of privacy, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, while offering the comforts and services of a resort. From the seamless transfer arrangements coordinated by Mario to the attentive staff who ensured every detail was taken care of, the hospitality was outstanding. The wine tasting upon arrival was a wonderful introduction to the region, and the fresh, thoughtfully prepared breakfasts each morning were a delight. Having dinners prepared for us and placed in the refrigerator after days spent exploring the town and local wineries was an added convenience we truly appreciated. The breathtaking sunrises and sunsets made our time here even more memorable. We are grateful for such a wonderful experience and look forward to returning.

We just checked out of this wonderful villa today, and it has truly been one of the most special places we’ve ever stayed. We arrived with my husband’s parents, my husband, and our toddler, and from the moment we got there, everything exceeded our expectations. Alex greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the villa and the property, and provided detailed printed information about nearby restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and wine tours. The property also produces its own wine, which was available for purchase and could be conveniently delivered to our villa during our stay. Alex shared his contact number and made himself available in case we needed anything—which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of the property was the stunning infinity pool overlooking the vineyard and offering breathtaking views. It was the perfect setting to disconnect and truly live in the moment. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Thank you Alex!

Our stay at Andrea's place was excellent. The place was spotlessly clean, well equipped and was just as shown in the photos. The location was perfect for what we needed, and Andrea was very attentive and quick to respond to any queries. We felt so comfortable throughout your stay. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back again!🙂

Nicolina was a joy to deal with, so welcoming and very flexible with the checkout time, delicious home made tart on arrival. Everything was spotlessly clean and the views are amazing (in any weather!). Great private parking and the bonus of a washing machine. We ate all our meals on the patio, the clear screens offer great protection from either the cool evenings or the odd insect. Grazie mille Nicolina.

This is a lovely place to relax and unwind. It is very peaceful and the garden, swimming pool and outside sitting areas - including a very nice pergola for eating outside - are beautifully kept. The house is comfortable with a good kitchen for cooking. Valentina and her parents are lovely - very welcoming and helpful. Communication is very good. For example, when we had a spell of bad weather, Valentina immediately messaged us with details about the heating and an invitation to use the open fire. Very highly recommended.

We stayed at Leonardo‘s place for a short weekend trip to explore the surrounding mountains. This is truly the perfect place for a romantic getaway and Leonardo is the perfect host, responsive and full of amazing recommendations for what to do in the area.

We had a great time at Battista's place. Battista was very flexible and accommodating in every way. The house is clean and charming, very well equipped and located in an incredible environment. Only downside on our side, the need to have a car to get to points of interest and go to the restaurant. We will recommend this place to friends and hope to return one day.
