Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Todi

Simona is an amazing host. The place was exactly what we wanted, felt right at home. Cooked amazing meals in that kitchen!! One of us works remotely so seeing the WiFi was super strong (186mbps) we had no trouble at all. She gave us loads of recommendations and the town is perfectly in the middle to enjoy a lot of the surrounding areas in just a short drive. Highly recommend it and we will be back for sure. The little house is lovely!Exactly what my partner and I were looking for: a warm and welcoming space surrounded by nature, with also the garden and animals. A real escape from the city!Bianca is very kind, very helpful and discreet. Thanks again for everything!!!

Riccardo is an amazing host! The house looks even better in person.. he left us some groceries for breakfast in the fridge. I would highly recommend choosing this place if you’re coming to Montepulciano!:)

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

The house where we stayed was beautiful, surrounded by greenery. Everything is clean and cozy. Mirko also left us wood to light the fireplace, it was very pleasant. Immediate and efficient communication. Convenient location. Recommended!

This was our second time at Vrinda’s house, which means we were happy to come back and have a great time again! We definitely recommend it if you want a cozy place to feel at home and in the middle of the nature of Umbria.

The house and garden are very nice, the description and photos don't do it justice. We were there for work, it was a shame not to be able to enjoy the property more. Stefania was very responsive and helpful 🤗 Recommended!

Catia's place is very comfortable, clean and centrally located but on a small, very well-kept street The accommodation is equipped with everything you need and the kitchen is equipped in such a way as to allow the possibility of eating at home. Highly recommended.

Place is great..... Waking up in the morning and enjoying that view is priceless. There was everything in the house, especially in the kitchen. I think it is strategically located 20/30 from all the main attractions in the area.

Comfortable, warm and homely place to base ourselves to try out all the wonderful nocinerias and restaurants around town, walkable. Ivana was the sweetest and she found us free parking nearby as some streets are parked out by workers restoring the church and houses. Thanks Ivana for hosting us

Truly a wonderful retreat amidst olive trees and fantastic scenery. The path over winding paths and gravel is worthwhile, because the place impresses with its fantastic tranquility. A huge pool with views over the valley, numerous birds, flowers... just beautiful.

Cristina is an ideal host: kind and helpful. The house, very spacious, is tastefully furnished but at the same time is practical and comfortable. The cleanliness is impeccable. It is located in the center but you can park nearby and it is also very quiet. Highly recommended!

Very nice and cozy home in the hilly / mountainous Umbria, which is completely private with long distance to neighbors, so you can enjoy the holiday with your loved ones. Communication with hosts is easy and easy - and checkout is flexible. The pool is not heated of course. We brought wetsuits for the youngest, so they could benefit more from the pool in the month of October. The garden can be used to play football and other ball games and generally the outdoor facilities are top notch. Rooms and bathrooms are in great condition and the kitchen is well-stocked. The only downside is that it is +15 minutes to the first real city, where you can buy ice cream, pizza, pasta and the possibility of larger purchases. So all trips away from the house must be by car, but you can easily get the day to walk in and around the house on warm sunny days. Too bad there is no room for 8 people, because the facilities of the house (except the bedrooms) can easily accommodate 8 people. We'd love to come back.

We had a pleasant family stay despite the rain. Simone booked us the indoor tennis court, the restaurant, and even arranged for our car to be repaired in record time. The house is splendid, breathtaking view, the amenities are very comfortable.

Pier’s place was so beyond beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We loved cooking in the kitchen with the lovely ambiance and amenities left for us. The day we arrived he left us a delicious sweet bread that we could not stop eating. Any questions we had for him he responded within a reasonable manner. If you are looking to stay in a place that makes you feel at home, but also in a place that is unimaginable this is it!

Janet and Nicholas are exceptional hosts :) responsive and very kind, it was a pleasure to communicate with both of them. I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

We had a wonderful time in Tuscany! We were able to make use of the pool on the first day with our two boys, 7 and 4. We visited Pienza, Montepulciano and Montelccino. We also purchased two of the wines from the estate. Alex made everything very easy and was a great host!

Renato was very helpful, his very spacious accommodation is well located and in a very quiet area. Great for groups or even large families!

We loved this Tuscan paradise! Perfect location to get to Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, etc very easily (within 30 mins). A beautiful private and quiet retreat in the heart of southern Tuscany. The villa itself is stunning with a true antique and lived-in feel. The grounds were gorgeous and provided a new spot for us to enjoy our morning tea and coffee each day. The pool is only cleaned once in two weeks, but luckily the maintenance crew were scheduled for the 2nd day of our arrival. Walking around the olive groves and hillside were a treat! A deeper cleaning of the house and cobwebs would be appreciated, but it is a large country villa and we know that can be hard. Important thing to note, there are two ACs, one in the master bedroom and one in the bedroom with two single beds. We were there in September and the weather was extremely pleasant so we did not need more than this.
