Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Tkon

It was a fantastic stay at Marijana's. Everything as described and seen in the photos. A beautiful view of the sea. The property is completely fenced and therefore great for a stay with a dog or children. We would book a vacation at this place again at any time. The welcome from Marijana and her husband was very nice and friendly, we felt welcome right away.

The communication was very nice. Iva is available for any necessary information. A big thank you for all the attention paid during our stay. The weather wasn't always nice, but the kids had plenty to do in the place. Thanks again for that. The accommodation is located near the sea, it can be reached on foot in 10 min. The street is very quiet. Everything you need is present in the accommodation to have a good stay.

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

We liked this place very much , it was very cosy and it has felt like a home. Our kids very also very happy to find big box full with toys 😃 Perfect stay !

We spent an amazing few days at Renata’s apartment. Her mother welcomed us and gave us the keys, she’s the loveliest lady ever. The location of the apartment is excellent, the supermarket and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is even better in person than in pictures. We couldn’t recommend staying here more. Thank you for having us:)

We stayed here for 6 nights in summer holidays, we’d never been to the island before. We wanted somewhere quiet and peaceful to enjoy quality time with our son and it was exactly what we got. Check in was simple & easy, Zlatko arranged our bags to be taken to the house. The location was perfect, we walked to the beach everyday, twice a day. There is a bakery at the port you can walk to for fresh bread and pastries. We also ate and drank at the beach bar. The house has everything you need to self cater, we loved making dinner then sitting out and star gazing in the evening. We also used the garden a lot whilst our son napped, there’s sun lounges and an outdoor shower. The bed was comfy and it’s so quiet at night, we slept so well. We’d recommend to other guests and would book again when returning to the island. Thank you.

We had a great stay at this apartment on Vir. The apartment was simple, but very clean and cozy. The advantage was a great location – close to the beach, restaurants and shops which gave us convenient access to everything we needed. Goran was very friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any question or request. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed, perfect to relax and recharge. We'd love to come back again! Great house, with very spacious garden, extremely close to the sea, very well equipped with sports equipment. Friendly and responsive host. We (2 adults, 2 teenagers) had a great stay!

nina's apartment is a few minutes away from the sea, convenient to the amenities, very clean. Nina and her mom have always been ready to give us help or advice if you need us. recommended!

Petra's apartment is very nice neat and spacious. We stayed only one night but we wish could stay longer. Big kichen Big balcony and comfortable beds. Petra waited us when we arrived the place. We felt so sorry that kept her wait long...the apartment is very convinent to the old town. We drove a few minutes to the center and parked car with very cheap parking fee. Very nice staying...Zadar is such ancient beautiful city. Thanks Petra, all the best. Ciao

Beautiful and very clean appartment. The host is very nice and always willing to help you. Our little boy had his own babybed with some very cute stuffed animals. Kitchen and bathroom extremely clean with coffee machine (coffee included) and some homemade marmelade and wine. Bathroom looks like new and includes washing machine. The area around the house is quiet and safe. We would recommend it to anyone.

BEST LOCATION. The apartment is at the entrance of the bridge that leads you to the old Town, the only thing to visit in Zara. The apartment has lots of space and light. Tamara has at your disposal more than you would ever need. The closets had old drawers difficult to open but you have more than enough room to store all you need. We went every night to enjoy the sea organ's music. The ambiente of the old city is very magical. We would like to come back to Zara and we'll surely return to Tamara's place!

Simple and uncomplicated communication even before arrival. Easy and convenient check-in, super friendly homeowners (Franko and his wife Andrea), great location with a wonderful view. The apartment was very clean and we had a really great time there. Highly recommended and we will be happy to come back on our next visit to Zadar!

Meri's apartment is a great choice for staying in Zadar! The apartment is located in a family house, so we felt very welcome, and the atmosphere was friendly. :) The apartment description is accurate; we had everything we needed, and everything was clean. You can easily park in a private space right in front of the house, and the grocery store is located within a short walkable distance. Communication with Meri was perfect, and there was no problem. I highly recommend this place. :)

The apartment was lovely, just like the photos and very cosy. It is in a great location, which is walkable to Vodice beach.

We really enjoyed out stay at the apartment. Place was like in the pictures, even the weather was the same. :)

We stayed with Adrienn for 5 days, and had the best time. She organised a transfer for us to and from the airport which worked a dream. We arrived earlier than checkin and were able to get straight into the property. The studio is quiet, clean and most importantly has a great AC! It was a haven after a long day in the sun. We were able to use the villas sun loungers which was very helpful. We very much enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace, which made up for not having a balcony. The beach is less than 2 mins walk, as are a host of very good restaurants (Leonardo, great value for money). The location is great for exploring, we hired a scooter and many other beaches were less than 10mins away (Labadusa, Kava, Duga). We will definitely visit Adrienn again with no hesitation. Thank you! Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

With specious two bedrooms, it’s a well equipped and beautifully decorated apartment, walking distance to a long stretching beach on Čiovo island. Comfortable beds. The bathroom was smaller than expected but specious shower cubicle with a bath and seating area.Breathtaking view out of kitchen window and from outside seating balcony area.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor on a hill above Sibenik. Everything was as described. We had a great stay! The apartment was large and extremely clean. From there you can walk to the center of the old town within 5 minutes. The balcony is nice and quiet and you have a great view of the city. Anita is a very nice and dear hostess. She picked us up by car from the parking lot, as you cannot park in the streets near the apartment or it is better not to. She gave us many tips for the area and the city. We will be happy to come back ❤️

I highly recommend Jelena's apartment. You can really feel here like at home - both bedrooms are very causy, living room with huge terrace is full of raising sun which stays here till the late afternoon. From the living room you can see the sea with great mountains behind. It gives great start of the day every days. Apartment has really great location, just 150 m walk to the seaside and beach, 50 m from the bus stop and all the groceries available in the short distance from your location. I really appreciate Jelena's support in all requirements I had before arrival and during my stay as well. I will come back there for sure for longer periods as well - this place is definitely worth of it. :)

This apartment was right on the marina close to restaurants and a market. The place was clean and charming; even more modern than the photos show. Also, the terrace was a wonderful addition for hanging out. Dinko was very personable and accommodating to our needs when we arrived. Washing clothes was easy too. I’d book this place again in a heartbeat!
