Perfect tranquil spot in nature. Stunning. Well equipped house, gorgeous outdoor space and garden - olive groves, beach, jetty, eating area. Close to a sandy beach if that’s your thing. The road from Tkon to the house is paved which is great. Stock up in Tkon with food and supplies - recommend cooking fresh local fish on the grill. Mmmmm!

We had a fantastic stay! The villa was extremely clean, modernly furnished and well equipped – we only had to bring our clothes. Everything was provided, there was nothing missing. The heated saltwater pool was a real highlight and very well maintained. We also liked the quiet location in Pietraga, by car you could quickly reach the sea or the city. Especially positive: the friendly host, who even spoke German – we didn't expect that! There were drinks to welcome us, overall he was very accommodating. The only small point was a few insects, but that is part of nature in the season and did not disturb the overall impression. We will be happy to come back!

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

There were two of us for 7 days on the island of Zizanj. Reception was very nice by the agency Adriagata, the owner drove us with his boat to the island about 45-50 min takes the boat ride to the island, alone that was an experience. The island is very quiet and secluded you do not always have hot water but you can get there without it, you have everything for cooking. If you have an inflatable boat you can also just come to the neighboring island, you should take food with you if necessary you can clarify with the agency and they are very happy to help with you. We would come back and recommend the place, we had spent a very quiet and relaxing week, this is really for people who want to rest and don't need unnecessary things around you. Location, location, location — this place has it all. The beach house is a true gem, beautifully detached right by the sea, offering total privacy and stunning views. Everything about the home was lovely — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The host was amazing — super responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The house is also in a perfect spot: just a short ride to Old Town Split, and within walking distance to great restaurants and shops nearby. We absolutely loved our time here and would come back in a heartbeat!

The little stone house was a charm! It feels off the grid, even thought the next supermarket is located 5min by car, the ocean maybe 10min. You can enjoy the silence as well as a beautiful night sky, while chilling on the Veranda and making BBQ.I enjoyed every moment in this little paradise. Would definitely come again and recommend it to anyone who does enjoy a simple yet charming accommodation like this.

Super nice and green property. Unfortunately, a lot of construction rubbish outside and the neighbors' dogs bark very often and also early at 5 o'clock. The place was great. Good communication, very well equipped and Ana was very helpful. In May, the weather is still very cold in the evening, so we missed real blankets, but with the heating you could heat up the room. Despite the wind, the UV radiation is already very strong. Short distance to the airport about 20 minutes and shopping about 15 minutes away. The pool is heated which was ideal in our weather. The garbage collection comes every 3-4 days. At the beginning there was also bread, cold cuts, water, cola and milk in the fridge. We were very happy about that after the flight. We will be happy to come back.

The place was great. Contact was very good. Check-in/out was easy. The location is great, 1 minute to the sea with beautiful clear water. Minor “issues” were resolved right away. For example, the gas bottle for grilling was empty, we immediately got a new one the next day. Great! It was a pity that the awning was missing on the terrace, so it was very warm there during the day, so we put an umbrella from the pool on the terrace. It was also a pity that (as I think) the cleaning ladies really dispose of everything or take it with them. As a result, the kitchen is completely empty. No spices, no oil/vinegar, no pepper/salt….. Usually I am used to the kitchen having a small basic equipment, or unused food from the previous owner remaining in the apartment. No reason to deduct a star for that :)! Maybe a suggestion for improvement for the future. Still 10/10. Thank you!

The place is really beautiful. The location couldn't be better, and the view from the balcony is simply stunning. I would particularly like to highlight the hosts, who are extremely friendly and accommodating. They made the stay very pleasant. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment. It offers everything you could want for a relaxing and restful stay.

Me and my friends had a great time at Anja’s apartment. It was nice and clean and it was located in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is close to the beach and the city center. Everything corresponded to the description. Anja was a great host, I can just recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sveti Petar. The apartment was very clean and neat with a very comfortable bed and high-quality utilities. We came with our kayak and enjoyed the luxury of basically falling out the door and right into the sea to the most. The cherry on top was the amazing roof terrace and BBQ, which we enjoyed for dinners and communication and care for us was excellent, too with home-made olive oil and Rakija.

We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the old town, but the place itself is on a very quiet non-touristic street. There are also lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops in walking distance - and indeed you can walk right out into the sea! The swimming area is really amazing, it's a slightly sheltered area so it felt really safe to swim there even when the sea was wavy. We also really liked the furniture and decor, it looks better in real life than in the photos. Everything was super clean as well. The view from the terrace is wonderful, and the view while swimming is amazing too. The terrace also has an awning so we were able to use it all day. Lana was an excellent host, we had the place to ourselves of course but she was super communicative before we arrived with information, instructions, and offering us advice. Everything was super clear and she was really friendly!

Clean and comfortable apartment for a family of three (and more). Close to the seaside. The nearest beach has a blue flag. Many places to eat around. Definitely recommend this place and a host!

We join all positive reviews. Ivana is the best host we've ever met, as well as Billy and the cat. The apartment is totally cozy, nothing is missing. We even found a bottle of water, homemade cakes and fresh cherries. We liked that there were both feather pillows and cotton pillows. The outdoor kitchen is fantastic and equipped with everything. The highlight is of course the large terrace with a wonderful view of the bay. There were so many nice seating options. Billy gladly accompanied us to the village and was absolutely not intrusive towards our old dog and in general. You just have to love it. The farewell was difficult for us - thank you for this wonderful holiday.

The stay was the best thing during our trip to Zadar. It is situated in the perfect location close to the old town with a beautiful view from the windows. They had provided all necessary amenities and requirements in the apartment. It is very well equipped for most of your needs. If you are planning for book boat trips or Plitvice lake trips, the apartment is well located within walking distance to the pickup points. The proximity to the old town helps you to enjoy the night vibe of the town and safely walk back to the apartment. I would recommend the place to anyone visiting Zadar. It is usually always booked, you are lucky if you get it.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

A true 5-star oasis in the city. You could sleep out on the wonderful patio, and the place would be worth it for that alone. Lovely kitchen with everything you could need, beautiful bathroom, restful bedrooms with large beds, great air conditioning. We also used the washer to do laundry as we had been traveling for many days — this was such a luxury! We enjoyed every aspect of this quiet, private place in a beautiful neighborhood near the park. Igor provided excellent local restaurant recommendations that made our stay even better! Just book it — now!! Before I beat you to it…

My family and I stayed with Marijana at the end of September. The place matched the description and was a relaxing experience with the pool. Our hostess was very warm, helpful and even regularly brought us fresh fruit from her garden and helped us with many great tips for the area. Unfortunately, the location of the place is not really central. In the surrounding villages there are small beaches, but you should consider having a car for exploration, as it is very quiet nearby and you have to drive a little further out for more action. Nonetheless, it was a great stay and we say goodbye gratefully from Vrana, Croatia. ❤️
