Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu kuće pored mora, u ribarskom mjestu Tkonu, na otoku Pašmanu. S kopnom je povezan trajektnim linijama koje vam omogućuju posjet obližnjim nacionalnim parkovima. Tkon ima tržnicu, trgovine, market Tommy, kafiće, restorane, igrališta za djecu, liječnika i ljekarnu. Na plaži nema gužve, a za još ugodniji boravak na plaži, na raspolaganju su vam i ležaljke, prostirke za ležaljke i ručnici za plažu. Ispred kuće, u moru možete privezati i manji brod.

The house has 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each which you can push together to form a large double bed, 3 bathrooms with toilet, a spacious living area with additional sofa bed and fireplace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 8 people. Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev.
