The place is really beautiful. The location couldn't be better, and the view from the balcony is simply stunning. I would particularly like to highlight the hosts, who are extremely friendly and accommodating. They made the stay very pleasant. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment. It offers everything you could want for a relaxing and restful stay.

Everything was great, but the large terrace overlooking the sea, the island and Zadar is the best point of the apartment

We stayed with Boris in the accommodation for 3 weeks with a dog and toddler and it was really great. The terrace with the view is the highlight, but the bed is also comfortable, the apartment was even cleaned free of charge during our stay and everything was available as indicated. You are a few steps away from the sea or the nature reserve and have many excursion destinations in the surrounding area. When there was a problem, Boris reacted immediately. Really great, we booked again for next year and would definitely recommend the apartment!

It was really gorgeous! The rooftop apartment was stunning and everything was modern and clean. The host also received us in a friendly way and was also very helpful! I will definitely return! :)

Ante was waiting for us when we arrived, he welcomed us very warmly. He offered us another larger apartment right next door. He even made us a plate of charcuterie and cheese with a bread. It was greatly appreciated. Ante was always available and helpful. We had a lovely little terrace overlooking the sea. It is a very quiet and pleasant environment, with parking for the car. This is a very nice place to stay and shine around.

Everything went smoothly, great place. Dino was very communicative and was able to answer everything for us.

We would give this apartment more than five stars if we could! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautifully decorated, cozy, and thoughtfully designed everything was. Every detail was carefully considered to make the space feel welcoming and comfortable. One of our favorite features was the spacious balcony terrace. We spent countless hours there, sipping coffee or wine while enjoying the stunning sea view – it was pure relaxation. The location is absolutely perfect. Just a few steps from the beach, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and, of course, some delicious ice cream. The beach is also fully equipped with everything you need for a fun day in the sun – you can rent a boat, paddleboard, beach beds, umbrellas etc For getting into town, you have options: either am 15-minute walk or a quick and easy boat taxi ride or only five minutes away by Uber from the local restaurants and vibrant atmosphere. Finally, a huge bravo to our hosts 🙌🏻✅👏

The house was very clean and all we needed was there. For us location was perfect, just by the sea but in a quiet place. We could swim any time and it was convenient to tak long nice walks by the sea. Milan is a great host too.

We was a little disappointed the pool and hot tub was not available as we were here out of the summer period, however the apartment is fantastic. Very impressive layout and furnishings. luxurious apartment located 5 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes drive to old town Zadar. Me and my wife and 2 kids (8 & 12) highly recommend staying here.

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Fantastic location and spectacular views of old town Zadar!! Top floor with a lovely kitchen and expansive balcony. 110 stairs up to the top floor are quite a challenge but well worth the effort. Really a nice apartment. Parking is a bit of a challenge though.

The accommodation was absolutely perfect, clean and fresh. Very comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom and shower and beautiful kitchen, which also contained basic ingredients (oil, salt, pepper but also tea and coffee) which was very helpful. The tap water was drinkable. The view from the apartment to the harbor was beautiful and it was possible to enjoy it on the spacious terrace. The beach was really just a few steps away and at the turn of May and April it was completely empty. We can't forget to mention the hostess, Melania, who is the soul of the apartment house and will do everything to make you relax. Thank you very much!

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

We had a fantastic few days at Sanja’s place. It was really well equipped with everything that you need including robes. It was very well designed, all the facilities were to a high specification and we wanted for nothing. We used the hottub and sauna facilities every day and the location was great for the national parks. We walked down to the sea front, there are one or two bars which was fine for us as we were quite happy cooking on the bbq and enjoying the terrace and views from the apartment. Would 100% recommend and visit again.

We had a great time at the apartment. It is within walking distance of downtown and has several supermarkets and the Galeria very close. Ivan is a great host, he responds quickly and is warm. The apartment is small but fully equipped, there was really made the best of the available space, we didn't miss anything. The only downside may be that the apartment is on the 5th floor. We will definitely try to stay in the apartment again on our next trip to Zadar. Highly recommend! ❤️

From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. I would highly recommend staying here. We enjoyed walking the area. Had a fabulous dinner & gorgeous sunset @ Ribar Jere which was a short walk. We explored Krka national park on our way to the apartment. We road tripped to Plikvicka National Park 1 day & it was an easy drive to & from. Loved the hot tub at night after hiking & driving. Roof porch was lovey to sit & read & view the water. VERY quiet & relaxing. Very comfortable king beds & quiet sleeping space. I would stay again if I return to the area. Beautiful apartment.

Josip and his wife were amazing hosts! Their apartment was absolutely beautiful in a perfect location to relax and enjoy the beach and pool. Walkable to great restaurants with views, and rent jet skis and boats. They went above and beyond to help with anything we needed and the breakfast was also an amazing touch.

The most beautiful place we’ve visit. Apartment just as on pictures. Very friendly and responsive host. Definitely recommend and we’ll visit this beautiful place again.
