The apartment is fully equipped: air conditioning, fridge with freezer, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, max TV, Netflix, HBO, wifi, etc...In the vicinity of 100 meters there is the beach Dražica, which is also the most beautiful beach of Biograd, and it received a blue flag for the most beautiful beaches of the Adriatic. There are also numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, banks and everything else around us.

Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev. Terasa je natkrivena i gosti na korištenje imaju 2 ležaljke, 2 ljuljačke,sup(daska za veslanje), roštilj, solarni vanjski tuš...
