Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Tirrenia

I was in Pietrasanta for 6 weeks to sculpt marble. Stefania's is in walking distance to the train station, great restaurants, grocery stores and walking trails. The place is quiet and well equipped. I highly recommend staying there.

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and which we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna is an impeccable host. I recommend it.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

Francesca is a very kind and attentive hostess. She personally welcomed us in the beautiful house right by the sea with breathtaking views. It has everything you need, even bikes are at your disposal. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The apartment was very large and cozy. Nothing was missing, better than my home! Super equipped kitchen, basic necessities present and even more. We also found some welcome gifts that we really appreciated! Gianluca is very nice and helpful. This is my first time booking through Airbnb and I can say I was very satisfied! We also had our dog (7 month old Labrador) with us for the first time and there were no problems. Very available on this side too. I'll definitely go back to Gina's place if I go back to the area. I was a guest at Elena's with my wife, nine months pregnant and my 2-year-old son. The apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful renovated villa and is reached by a spiral staircase. The room is very bright with equally refined details. It has everything you need for a truly relaxing stay: air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, washing machine, dishwasher, very comfortable bidet and shower, spacious balcony. The terrace is located on the roof of the villa and is reached with external access to the apartment via a spiral staircase (the same one that leads to the apartment): huge, with views of the trees and the Alps, furnished with sunbeds-umbrella and a table where you can dine. We stayed in August in very hot weeks so we used it after sunset. Elena was an impeccable host, generous in advice and tireless in providing us with support. She showed us extraordinary empathy by making us feel great.

Very comfortable accommodation and really a stone's throw from the sea! The host was very helpful and responsive, also providing everything needed for a one-year-old girl (high chair, crib with sheets and even a small bathrobe!). Recommended!

Thank you, dear Sara, for providing your apartment. The apartment is very clean and has a fantastic location with direct beach access. The ceiling height is a bit low in the shower and in the bedrooms, but we are both quite tall. We were able to arrange it very well and for us it was not a problem. We all (including children 5 and 10 years) felt very comfortable and recommend the apartment 100%. Sara is very sweet and accommodating, thank you very much!

Very easy to explore Lucca from this location. Supernice roofterrace and jacuzzi. All you need in a few square meter, fits with two children!

We stayed in this house during the Lucca fair. The hosts immediately welcomed us warmly, along with the very sweet dog Luna, making us feel like we were at home. The house is located above a hill of Balbano, thus ensuring a great silence. Having a large garden, it also has ample parking, which is not to be underestimated. The house is still being renovated so it is a nice house, but with a few small fixes still missing. Overall a great experience.

We stayed at the apartment for a week and it was great! The place is very quiet and the sea is easy to reach. You can also get to Pisa or Florence quickly. The place was nicely decorated and had a lot of useful items. Even an ironing board. Communication was wonderful and very friendly at all times. We definitely recommend!!!

The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished. It was very nice to sit on the balcony in the evening. Everything we needed was provided. The location is very good. Both supermarkets are very close. The village center is only about 500 m away and the beach 1 km away. Francesca is a wonderful host, she is very friendly. We were also able to check in earlier. We can really recommend this property and would love to come back again.

Fabio's apartment is great. It has two very nice bedrooms each with their own bathroom (with very nice LEDs). The room is superb with a beautiful decoration and the small balconies are very pleasant. There is a very convenient garage to park your vehicle. The accommodation is located close to major roads to easily reach the Cinque Terre, Pisa... and is close to the sea. In short, this rental is perfect and communication with Fabio is easy and efficient. He was very kind to welcome us and flexible. We will keep a very good memory of it. You can rent without a second thought.

We stayed in Giulia's place for a month. The apartment is very well equiped, and although small, we had everything we needed. The location is great and Giulia was very helpful and hospitable.

This was our ideal vacation home! Spacious patio with jacuzzi, comfortable interiors with beautiful bedroom views overlooking a large garden and a location just down from the main piazza. We found the host to be kind, knowledgeable and accommodating…

Extremely organized apartment, new and well-furnished. Perfect for two couples. Very close to the center and well served, with the availability of a parking space in the closed garage (which we used for motorcycles) but also a large parking lot nearby. The area is very convenient to the sea and in an area that is not too busy. Federica was very nice and helpful. We will certainly be back!
