The area is quiet, accessible and very convenient for any type of visit.

Incredible Ocean views, Beach & RIVER VIEW Rosarito Shores: a private gated 24/7 security comty w/ direct beach access(about 110yds)Park & walk to everywhere DT: restaurants, coffee shops (my favorite at the PIER), papas & beer, and the Famous Rosarito Beach Hotel (our neighbor) 2 pools available as well. VERY OLD MOBILE HOME w/old maintenance problems. Non shedding PETS ARE WELCOME! Due to the gardens, there might be some insects (we fumigate frequently)

Has back up water supply and also has back up generator, we just added a kitten to the house and only has access to common areas, studio has private attached bathroom and private entrance

The room has a private bathroom and common areas are shared.
