Welcome to our new Rosarito beach house! We have spent months renovating our home, inside and out, and are excited to share it with you! Our home is located on the north end of Rosarito, in the private, gated community of Baja del Mar. It's situated directly on the beach, with private beach access, and unobstructed views of the ocean and Coronado islands. This home affords the perfect opportunity to both relax and unwind, while also playing in the sand and surf. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Linda casita sola, localizada en Otay Constituyentes, una recámara, un baño, cocina, estufa y refrigerador nuevos, Aire acondicionado en la recámara, patio grande, estacionamiento privado, a 5 minutos del aeropuerto y de la garita de Otay, muy cerca del consulado y de la UABC, 4 minutos caminando de centro comercial Alameda y centro comercial Otay. Check in es de 3:00pm a 10:00 pm y check out a las 11:00 am No se permite fumar en la casa ni el uso de drogas ilegales en ninguna área de la casa.

Wonderful location 5 mins away from dowtown Rosarito & only 18 mins away from the border, only scenic route driving making it easy to reach and extremely safe. The house has a small gym area, a working complete with a desk & hardline ethernet connection in addition to WiFi via 3 extenders to ensure full coverage. It has a wonderful ocean view with fully openable window of four sheets of glass, excellent breeze and floor to ceiling windows on both floors. Comfy bbq grill with a firepit in back!

Beautiful house in Tijuana low mexican california near airport at 8 min, near rio area at 10 min, near rio and otay area line at 10 min. It has a perfect location for what you do, very safe house with surveillance all day and night. Anything that is offered we can always support them there will always be a person available to support them ,in the garage there is only one car to store since I have mine there stored but if they bring more than one without a problem in front of the house you get

Wi-Fi throughout the house. It has a washer and dryer.
