Home alarm , 500 MBPS WiFi, 58inch smart 4K tv with Netflix, YouTube etc.alkaline water. Border, and Rosarito beach are all 15-20 minutes away. Has back up water supply and also has back up generator, we just added a kitten to the house and only has access to common areas, studio has private attached bathroom and private entrance
