What a great place to stay with friends and family. Plenty of space, and really well equipped. Even more space than we expected from the listing, with loads of room for dining and sitting and relaxing. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Highly recommended!

Thanks to Séverine and Stéphane's warm and comfortable and very well-equipped cottage, we were able to reunite our family and have a good Christmas together. We enjoyed the bucolic environment (the Touraine countryside and the presence of our animal friends: sheep, goats and chickens!) as well as the tranquility of the place. The description of the cottage is as described, the owners are discreet, responsive and welcoming. We highly recommend this vacation rental for families who would like to discover the beautiful natural and cultural heritage of southern Touraine (Beauval Zoo, Grand Pressigny Museum of Prehistory, Loches Royal City, Montbazon Fortress...). We had a great time, the house and grounds are very spacious and very well equipped, especially for the children. Large table perfect for a family get together. There is everything you need and a lot of tidying up... The environment is very pleasant and flowery in early spring, and we were very well received with a small pot of honey very appreciated. Thanks for everything, really!

Silvia is very welcoming and her accommodation is a real gem, atypical and arranged with great taste as well as functional. The location is ideal, you can easily park there and then everything is accessible on foot. Ideal.

Good stay for a weekend in Saumur, 15 min walk to the city center, free parking at the foot of the apartment.

Perfect stay in Marie Pierre's very pleasant apartment. The instructions received in advance were very clear and accurate. The flexible arrival is really nice as well as the little touches inside the accommodation (thank you very much for the pastries:) ). I would definitely recommend Marie Pierre's place!

Sublime accommodation, faithful to the description, full of small touches, cakes, bottle of sparkling Saumurois, on order a very nice cheese /charcuterie aperitif board, breakfast included with a homemade yogurt, brioche, fruit juice, jams... Close to the castle, private parking space...Go there with your eyes closed, it's sublime ❤️

Very good stay in this small apartment. Overlooking the alley, it is very quiet. Access to the city center on foot is very quick, the location is very good. Céline was very attentive and we loved the stay!

Very cute, clean and well-equipped apartment (there is everything you need to accommodate a baby!) Valerie is a very nice and available host: we had some small problems at check-in that were resolved in a few minutes! The location is great, everything is within walking distance. Perfect apartment for a stay at Futuroscope, 10-15 minutes walk away. Very functional studio, nothing is lacking. There were 4 of us including 2 children and it was ideal given the fact that we were only there in the evening. Free parking just below the residence is a plus. Lisa was very responsive and caring in our interactions. To recommend!

Very nice apartment, the view of the Château de Saumur and the Loire are just perfect. Be careful though, the last part of the stairs to reach the apartment is steep. Perfectly equipped apartment, we only stayed a few days but very quickly found our feet. The neighborhood is quiet, nice walk to take along the Loire, the city center of Saumur is right next door. Great value for the price Linens and towels are provided which allows you to come with just the essentials. There's what it takes to get eaten which is very nice. Bathroom ok. Futuroscope is a 10 minute walk along the yellow line. Pirates Restaurant at the door of the hotel. We'll get instructions to get inside before you arrive, welcome messages, and check out directions. That's appreciated. I keep this address as we plan to come back for the Aquascope.

the place is perfect, with simple and clever instructions from Sammy. No unpleasant surprises everything is clean , functional with a very nice atmosphere in the style of Futuroscope. But pay attention to the addiction to the game "Pacman" , it is formidable and in addition I was unable to beat my partner ... in short, do not hesitate!
