40 m² cottage completely renovated adjoining our Poitevin farmhouse, located 10 minutes from the center of Poitiers (8 km) and 14 minutes from the Futuroscope (11 km). We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities.
