I had stayed in this flat with my family consisting of young children, senior citizen parents and my wife, I must say that everyone liked the unit. The flat is beautiful, fully ventilated, with natural air coming from every corner of the flat. It is located near to Swaraj Round (where the Sree Vadakkumnathan Temple is located). We were easily able to book the Uber to go around the city. The host was kind to arrange the washing machine for us on my request. Not mandatory though however two things which could be improved in my opinion:- 1) Good to have a Power backup like Inverter in the flat as there were frequent power disruptions in the area and that too for long time and crucial when your phones/laptops are running out of charge 2) The Internet was not working in between even though my devices were connected to the router Overall, it is really a nice place to stay. I would strongly recommend to everyone and I would personally be booking it again during my next visit in Thrissur.

Good stay and rooms. Need to call the service apartment and get them clarify on the checkin time incase you are early or so.

We felt like at home at the Bobby’s place …The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all the facilities..The location enables easy access to various local amenities..Many restaurants and shopping complexes around ..we were extremely satisfied and would recommend this place ..

The place itself was amazing. It felt like home and was uper clean. Kiran was also very responsive. Overall, loved the stay.

A great big home with a great view and all the needed amenities. Very comfortable space which is thoughtfully constructed to make you feel right at home. One can spend hours just lazing in the balcony, taking in the sights of the backwaters and the harbour on the other side. Only slight issue we encountered was finding the right tower and parking, but that was rectified quickly once we reached out to the host. This home is in tower A2, which is something you could miss while driving in as the gate is sometimes kept closed. But that’s a very small issue and now that I know where it is, I’d probably come back for my next Kochi visit.

Zafar was a great host, we loved the property, it was in a prime location in Kochi and the property was in great shape, very beautiful place, loved the stay. Will love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious 3-room apartment on the ground floor. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a large, comfortable sitting room — perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and peaceful, offering a real sense of calm and privacy. A special thanks to Mr. Manoj, the caretaker, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable place to stay!

Walking distance to Guruvayurappan Temple and right beside Mammiyoor Shivam temple . Clean and nest place . The caretaker Shaji was very helpful.

I was in Kochi to attend a friend’s wedding with 16 of my friends and we had this beautiful house to sit around and re create memories. The host went out of his way to make sure that our needs were taken care of and even alloted extra space and beds to avoid any inconvenience. Jimmy the caretaker was always available and was really hospitable. We had some trouble getting there but the location is very much central and completely accessible by private transport(we did not have personal vehicles). A recommended place for a fun get together especially when the count goes abnormally high; this place can magically accommodate your needs :) Thank you Sebastian and Jimmy!

Mr.Swamy was very helpful to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. The apartment is very close to nice restaurants, supermarkets and a great hospital. The Uber worked out real well for all our needs. Also appreciate an assigned parking space, easy to get in and out. All the accessories in the apartment worked well and Swamy was there if we needed any help with any issues like setting up TV or anything else. We enjoyed the stay at Joy’s apartment and look forward to a stay next year during November and December. Thanks. Joseph M P

Aunty Mary is a gem of a host and a wonderful person. Her home is full of family memories and you feel like you are family during your stay. she is a proactive caring host for whom nothing is too much. The home is large. You have access to the whole upstairs including large kitchen with good equipment provided. Aircon worked well in the bedroom. Restaurants, Malls, Metro Train Station, Fabric Shops, and Taxis are all available right on the doorstep. It serves as a great base to travel Kochi. We have already started to plan a return. Thank you
