Jacob was always reachable, responded very friendly and polite and took care we had everything needed. Hence, a great host. The apartment is very impressive and taken care of with a great view. Every room has its balcony to enjoy it. The location at the waterfront is very nice of course. One gets around easiest with cars, auto rikshaw.

I booked it right away and had a chat with Amruth, who was incredibly helpful in suggesting places to visit. His excellent local knowledge of restaurants and attractions was a huge help. The apartment itself is conveniently located in Aluva, just 20-25 minutes from Kochi airport. It’s spacious, clean, and set in a stunning environment overlooking the river—truly a home away from home. On top of that, Amruth’s friendly demeanor and trustworthy recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable. To say that the Chittoor Palace stay was exceptional would be an understatement! We cannot recommend this place enough. The property is stunning, private, peaceful and FULL of character and heritage. It was the ideal place for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary and unwind. But what made the stay even more special was the service and care offered by Milton & team. They made sure we felt right at home and got a real taste of being royalties :)….they truly spoiled us with great hospitality, amazing food and so much warmth. We cannot wait to come back!!

My partner and I really loved our stay and felt at home right away. The surroundings are so peaceful and beautiful right next to the river. The rooms and interior are very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the tranquility and the fact that it is a bit secluded, far away from the chaos of the roads. Mary and Tersa are outstanding hosts with heart and soul. We were so well taken care of when we were both not feeling well. Teresa made us medicine for our belly's and checked in with us daily if we needed anything. We felt so cared for and were back on our feet in no time. With all of our frequent travels we rarely have seen such a dedication and care from our hosts. Thank you Mary & Teresa for having us! We will come back again anytime. We wholeheartedly recommend this serene and beautiful place for those who wish to stay in a peaceful environment with amazing hosts.

Best Airbnb in Kochi by far! This apartment blew me away to be honest. The interior design is perfect, every room was aesthetic and unique. My favourite was the view from the balcony, it looks exactly like the photos. Nancy the caretaker was a gem, she cooks great breakfast and the local coffee they have hits the spot too. I have booked this place again for the end of this month and will be booking it every time I come to Kochi. If ur looking for a 10/10 experience, I’ve tried a lot of places, trust me don’t look further, you have to experience it ! 🙏🏽
