Vacation rentals with a balcony in The Great Lakes

My original booking fell through about a week before my trip. Between Catherine and Airbnb support I was able to book with Catherine within hours! Catherine was also great at answering questions like if the place had an iron (which it did) and more. Would 10/10 recommend!

We were in town for one night for my friends birthday that lives down the street. Great location for me. The place was cute and clean and Nicole was very helpful! Will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here before, and certainly will again. It is such a comfortable place to stay - clean, spacious, with a well-stocked kitchen (including the much-appreciated coffee for the coffeemaker!) The Ukrainian Village neighborhood is wonderful and peaceful, but close enough to restaurants and a supermarket. When we were first considering this Airbnb, the comment that helped the most was someone saying "don't be put off by it being a basement-level apartment". That is so true. There is plenty of light, there is heating in the floors in winter, and it is so carefully designed and constructed that it has none of the feel of a "basement".

The condo was very spacious and clean. It was comfortable and I love the modern kitchen and overall look. I am an interior and architectural designer so I appreciate that the interior is well done. I love that the condo is adjacent to Lake Michigan it makes for easy access to great views at any time of day. It’s also next to a park, walking distance to the L train and it’s a nice walkable area close to many restaurants. We enjoyed our time and appreciated having a nice place to stay. The owner was also very responsive to any questions.

This place is amazing. The wife and I spent 3 days and nights here. Trendy, quaint, beautiful, clean and romantic. They had perfect instructions for everything, excellent recommendations for local attractions, and they type it all in easy to read pamphlets- these guys are pros. The house is perfect for a get-a-way. The bed is firm memory foam and was exactly what my back needed. Kitchen, bathroom, living room are all modern, clean and attractive. It only takes 2 minutes to walk to W. Division street which has excellent coffee & pastry shops, restaurants, shopping, bus and L-Train pickup spots, just amazing. I can't say enough good things about this. My wife and I wanted to visit Chicago and do everything it has to offer. This place offers you a quiet romantic spot off the beaten path in a quiet neighborhood just outside the main city, but the L and bus make it so easy and fast to get to anything you want to do. The hosts are very responsive, kind and helpful. A++++++++++++++++++++++

Omgggg this stay was beautiful! We had an absolutely horrific experience with an air bnb and the Roscoe house saved the day and made our visit SO enjoyable. Courtney & Garrette did an outstanding job at make this a home away from home. So clean, such thorough descriptions of EVERYTHING and them & their co host Love were so responsive and made me feel so comfortable! We will definitely stay again and will forever recommend the Roscoe home!

Had a great stay over St. Patrick’s day weekend. The apartments are in a very walkable area with great access to public transportation. Fenton was also very quick to communicate and gave clear instructions. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Lenka and Curtis are exceptional hosts who made our stay truly memorable. Their place was immaculate - spotlessly clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect, just steps from Picton's main street with convenient access to grocery stores and charming coffee shops. Their communication was outstanding throughout our stay, checking that we had everything required. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches - e.g. ground coffee in the well-appointed kitchen and bath products in the pristine bathroom. We wholeheartedly recommend their place for its perfect blend of cozy comfort and exceptional value. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We're already planning our return visit!

Shabbir's place was perfect for our family of 10 during the holidays. We spent Christmas and New Year here, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable family reunion. The private parking was very convenient, and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Its location was ideal—just 10-15 minutes from all the major attractions in Chicago and about 30 minutes from the airport. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby local restaurants and an Italian bakery with great takeout options. The host was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend it!

What an amazing place! We had a friends game night here and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Bob is wonderful, easy to communicate with and he’s so lovely and kind. We easily got food delivered, came and went without issue and enjoyed all the incredible details that make the loft a cool and special location worth every penny! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Colin's place is cute, clean, and VERY convenient! Just a short walk to the Fullerton or Armitage L stations. Tons of closeby restaurants, and a very good coffee shop/diner just downstairs below us! It is on a busy corner, so be warned the traffic & evening pedestrian noise can be loud, especially in the corner turret bedroom, but the heater makes pretty good white noise. Thanks for a perfect homebase for our girl weekend away!

Very quiet Peaceful and plenty of spaces for parking Host was great the response was great! I would definitely recommend this place!

My friend and I really enjoyed this spot. I loved everything about it. It was perfect for what we wanted to do in the city for 4 days. Amazing spot for Cubs games. You can even see and hear the crowd from the front door. How exciting! And the Cubs decor warmed my heart. It had everything we needed, and wanted. I appreciated Kimberly’s attentiveness and responsiveness. Thankfully we didn’t run into any issues. Highly recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again in the future.

We had an excellent stay at Virginia’s place! Four of us came to Toronto for a concert at the Rodger’s Centre which was just across the street. The unit was quite a bit bigger than I expected! There was plenty of room for all four of us, we never felt crowded. We were able to walk to a huge variety of restaurants and activities. Virginia was beyond kind and welcoming. Super quick to respond and easy to communicate with! I would highly recommend staying with Virginia to anyone coming to Toronto!

Was there for work and shared it with a few other coworkers. All in all it’s a great place, spacious and comfortable. A few things do not work (fireplace, fridge water dispenser, 2 burners in the stove) but we still had a great time and work/ relaxed while there. Location is great and easy to get to from train at any time. The building is a bit noisy but we did not care.

We absolutely loved our stay! The space was beautiful, clean, and very well organized. Everything was exactly as described, and it felt like a home away from home. The location and neighborhood was great and close to everything too. The host clearly put a lot of thought into making the place comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay again!

This was the fourth time we stayed here . We visit our daughter and grandchild 2 blocks away . The home is very clean and homey. Joseph goes out of his way to meet our needs .
