The home is steps away from a quiet, sandy sunset beach, and a short walk to the public beach. There's biking, skiing, kayaking, golfing, and hiking within easy reach, and Collingwood's shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Easy access to everything with a car. Beaches, hiking and biking are right outside the front door! This little area is known as Brock’s Beach and was settled by a few families that would buy the entire street. When their kids grew up, they built little cottages on their parent’s street so people around this area have a life time of enjoying this hidden gem and everyone knows everyone. In the evening, everyone walks along the beach or down the tree lined streets. In the summer, everyone sits in the front yard with a campfire so they can say hello to their neighbours. As only a few homes are winterized, the area is very peaceful in the winter. Being close to the lake means lots of beautiful white fluffy snow which turns all the trees into a beautiful winter wonderland.

Our newest space was historically the Innkeepers residence since the 1940s and is now available to guests! Travel guide company, Wildsam listed the Anchor Inn as one of the Greatest Road Hotels in America. This space sleeps 4 adults with a full kitchen, living and dining room. We're on the west bay of Traverse City on M22. Your gateway to the villages of Leelanau, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and only 8 minutes from downtown. On-site amenities include sauna, kayaks, firepits, playground, and grills.

This Villa unit comes fully equipped with cooking utensils (pots/pans/silverware/plates/cups) however condiments are not provided. The Winton at Old Pike Cottages is a 2-bedroom cottage suitable for 2-4 guests; with a king bed in one room and a queen bed in the other. This waterfront cottage has heated floors throughout, a fully stocked kitchenette, furnished screened-in patio, living room with smart TV and spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Linens, towels, toiletries, coffee, and bathrobes provided. Wifi, seasonal heated pool & hot tub, guest laundry, indoor gathering area, and outdoor courtyard onsite.

Lighthouses are a big thing here in Water Wonderland so we couldn't leave out! We themed this room in dedication to them. This is our smallest room but don't be fooled as good things come in small packages. This Boutique style motel room has a big log bed and private bathroom with toilet and shower.
