De Boem, lovely holiday home close to the beach

De Boom is a vintage holiday home with a living room, open kitchen, two bedrooms and toilet with shower. Do not expect high tech, sleek, modern holiday home. It is from the 60s, ground floor, with a nice atmosphere, without the chilly decor that characterizes many holiday homes on Texel. Large garden, right in the woods, the beach at 15-minute walking distance. The kitchen is all provided. There are two TV, fast WiFi, a kline bookcase with literature, children's and information books about Texel.

Centrally located on Texel near the beach, the forest and seal center Ecomare. Through the nature reserve, which covers the entire west coast of Texel, there are wonderful cycling and walking routes. The bus stop is practically in front of the park. Seaside resort De Koog is about 3 kilometers away. The "capital" of Texel, Den Burg is more than 4 kilometers away.

De Koog is the “place to be” on the beautiful island of Texel. Only the dunes separates the village from the wide sandy beach and the sea. In the cozy center, there are many shops and there are plenty of opportunities for a drink or a snack on one of the many terraces. On the woods, on the north side of the cozy seaside resort De Koog is the small-scale complex the Strandhuys. The spacious 2-person apartment Mossel (52 m2) is on the 2nd floor and has a living room with cozy.

‘T Kaaps Huussie Endless Peace and Space.

Our very nice house right next to the Waddendijk is for rent from April 2019. The huge garden is surrounded by a ditch. On the other side are the sheep. At the rear of the property are fruit trees. From there, it's beautiful strolling to the birds in the adjacent nature reserve. At night it is out of earth dark and in the best case, a bright starry sky shines. Inside, the house is spacious, comfortable and also very cozy. It can accommodate 6 guests and it has 2 bathrooms.

Lovely house in a paradise place

Holiday home in unique location right next to a lovely Wadden Sea beach, surrounded by a beautiful garden full of birds. With a two-person infrared sauna. Perfect base for walking and cycling. On the quiet Wadden Sea beach is a windsurfing school. Close to two villages with supermarket and restaurants. On the terrace of the house is a barbecue and fire basket. The house has French doors and has all the comforts. Separate space with table football and table tennis!

Enjoy island living in our cosy villetta.

Our chalet is located on the edge of the lively dune village of De Koog. A chalet is a modern "mobile home", not a cottage. There is room for up to 4 people. A small but complete holiday home. The chalet has its own parking space and garden. Next to our own house. The bus stops nearby and facilities are within walking distance. The access road (50 km/h) to and from the village is 25m from the chalet. Price per night excludes tourist tax: (€2.30 pp/pn)
