Beautiful holiday home on Texel close to the beach

Our detached holiday bungalow is located in a beautiful location on Texel between the Koog and Den Burg and is a house with a lot of luxury and comfort. The beautifully landscaped garden has complete privacy. The house is on the edge of the forest, and with a beautiful walk through woods and dunes you are with half an hour on the beach. This family house is very warm and personally furnished: there is a lovely, sunny conservatory, many seating areas in the garden, parking spaces on private property and very quiet.

With the bike you can reach from here in many places. The house is very centrally located on the island of Texel. Parking is within walking distance.

Our holiday bungalow " Mastzicht" adjoins the port of Oudeschild on Texel. It is a spacious holiday bungalow with lots of privacy and equipped with every comfort. At the bungalow is a private garden where you can enjoy. You can park your car directly in front of the bungalow. You can rent bed linen for €8,- p.p and a towel package for €4,00 p.p or of course bring your own bed linen and towels. During the holidays, you can only rent per week (EU vacations). Cleaning in accordance with Corona rules.

Romantic, detached cottage for 2p, large garden

Cottage Wulp is tucked away in the back in a large garden of 2000 m2. Peace, privacy and views up to the horizon are the most important words here. Around the cottage a spacious terrace with garden furniture. Extra seat in the big garden. The cottage is adorable, and the garden is gorgeous. Good wifi. Nice, big couch. Simple and compact, but also romantic, nature, views, tranquility, privacy and garden. Please note: From April to the end of October I rent from Friday to Friday.

The beds are made up for you. 14 km from the ferry harbour. Free parking in front of the door. TV, WiFi No pets. No smoking. Please bring towels and tea towels

From the open room kitchen, you step onto your terrace via the sliding door. You can place your bikes in the storage room, possibly charge and there is a washing machine. Come and enjoy the space in the yard and the animals. National Parks De Muy and De Slufter are 1.5-2 kilometers away.

We were in North Holland for a short trip with our dog. the check-in was flexible, Hans and Anita very nice and the place very clean, well equipped and warm. We were able to make nice excursions! Gladly come back.

We really liked the cottage. Great amenities (just no dishwasher) and very clean, well-kept accommodation with a nice garden/terrace. Beach only about 1 km away on foot. In our opinion, there are outstanding conditions for cycling (lockable storage for the bikes available at the house), hiking /running, especially in the dunes, in the region around Julianadorp. Would have liked to stay longer (only 4 nights) and will definitely come back.

A very cozy cottage with a huge nice, large fenced garden that you will certainly make yourself and your four-legged friend very happy with. Lots of privacy. The cottage is perfectly arranged and everything has been thought of … we can't think of anything that felt like it was missing. The two of us could manage just fine with the small shower. The 2 beautiful sinks in both bedrooms compensated for us the necessary lack of space. We greatly enjoyed it! And we are once again amazed by the beautiful nature! The location of the house is excellent. 10 minutes, mostly through dunes and you are on a quiet beautiful beach. In front of the cottage a lawn with trampoline, carts, go-karts. Ideal for young children. Good farm shop with many organic products including delicious bread, good soup and lots of fruits and vegetables. Sympathetic owner of the cottage . Had a wonderful time.

Comfortable vacation property with 3 good sized bedrooms. Good beds and clean bathrooms. Excellent garden area and furniture. Peacefull . Extremely pleasant stay and host was flexible regarding check out time which improved our stay.

It was a very nice stay - peace and relaxation is on Texel program! The place was very clean, modernly equipped and just like in the pictures! Giant meadow and piece of forest opposite the terrace - even if the holiday parks on the island certainly offer more - we just enjoyed the peace and the extensive property, as well as the "solitude" very much. ❤️ Thanks also to the uncomplicated assistance - we were able to check in later than planned due to various circumstances - this was very hospitable and uncomplicated! I'm sure we'll be back!

Modern Holiday Home in De Cocksdorp

This house was perfect for our stay on Texel. The only issue we had (missing coffee jug) was dealt with immediately. Check in was OK though very little information was given (location / parking / bins / check out procedures not indicated) however the house was in very good condition throughout, clean and well equipped. Kitchen is small but well provisioned and the bathroom is excellent. We were a multigenerational family group and the property offered enough space to both be together but also not be on top of each other all the time. The downstairs WC / bedroom for the older part of our party was also ideal. Secure bike storage with power points or e-bikes is great - these can easily be hired nearby too. There is a small but very well stocked supermarket within easy walk. Bike hire, bakery and a few restaurants also nearby. For a longer walk aim for the lighthouse! The coast path to Oudeschild is a beautiful cycle but watch out for the headwind on the way back!

Perfect home for a stay at one of the most beautiful areas in NL. Super clean, fully equipped, and nicely appointed. Definitely recommend. The only aspect that can use an upgrade is the pillows, so if you are sensitive, make sure to bring your own.
