We had a wonderful time at the chalet! The accommodation is very nice, lovingly decorated and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The surroundings invite you to relax – perfect for escaping the ordinary. The contact with the hosts was super friendly and straightforward. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend the chalet!

Beautiful house, everything we needed, perfectly clean and we felt at home right away. The garden behind the house was also very pleasant to sit and the bonus was the morning visitors, 3 ducks that entertained us first thing in the morning 😊 Host Lukas responded very quickly and always helped Thank you 😊

It was nice and everything is always nicer when the sun is shining but in all cases: - very nice, cozy cottage - terrace directly overlooking the pond (exciting conversations with local ducks) - very easy check-in and responsive host - superb sunset to end the day while eating on the terrace.

A great space and a great host! The accommodation is excellently equipped, clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail, you immediately feel comfortable here. The proximity to the sea makes the stay even more special. Daniel is very friendly, helpful and always available quickly if any questions or requests arise. Definitely a recommendation for anyone looking for a cozy and stylish place to stay. If I am back in the region, I will definitely contact Daniel again.

We had a very nice stay as a family in the very spacious house. The large living room was particularly nice, the kitchen offers everything you need. Jaap was very helpful, gave us tips and was very flexible with a late check-out. The area is wonderfully quiet and idyllic.

We enjoyed the time very much and did many small bike rides. The accommodation is beautiful, quiet and very idyllically located. However, we would not stay in the property again with 5 adults. The loft bed is more suitable for children and unfortunately we were not able to sleep so well, as there was no air coming up under the roof at night (despite the open window) and it became very warm and stuffy. With children, you can definitely recommend the accommodation! :)

The lake house is beautifully situated in the park . The amenities leave nothing to be desired . It was so clean and welcoming that we immediately felt comfortable. We will come back to this house very much.

Had a wonderful time. Nice house, good and nice location. Cottage as shown in pictures, lots of space around the house. Location right on the slufter. Good and pleasant communication with René. Definitely a place we would go back to again.

Ideal for my purposes: Stable wifi for working, parking in front of the door, private entrance, beautiful views of the water from the laptop/table. By car, lightning fast on the nearest main road and thus quickly in the next town. Everything very clean. I recommend the place for business trips. Ankit also provided all check-in details via text message. Communication top!

Beautiful cottage with everything you need. The kitchen was partly new and very extensive. We especially loved the hammock and the beautiful garden. The path to the beach is 10 min by bike. Good shopping on site. The holiday park also has a great swimming pool, which is included, as well as restaurants and leisure opportunities.

This is a villa, which is divided into the 3rd. So pay attention to this when booking this villa. We stayed in most of the left piece of the house. Excellent kitchen with all necessary amenities, great size living/dining room. Bedroom with double bed is spacious. 2nd bedroom is not big but fine to sleep with 2 people. Location of the villa is super, very central so you are quickly in destination. Overall had a great time in this cottage in the Koog.

Carin is a great host! The apartment was very clean and there was nothing missing. We were especially grateful for the child-friendly furniture and games in the apartment. But the location (with playground right around the corner) is also wonderful for families.

Good location, close to stores, restaurants and the beach. We also liked the outdoor furniture. Bathrooms are small but functional.

A very neat and very cozily furnished holiday home. The kitchen is very fully equipped and sparkling clean! There is a spacious parking and you can also store bicycles safely and dry. Very cozy garden! Desirée, the friendly host, is very approachable and responds almost immediately to questions. We have had a very nice holiday here! Thank you, Desirée!

The stay at Desirée's was wonderful. The place was exactly as expected and very nicely located - quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. The beach is minutes away. Great, thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful holiday on the Hoeva Vianen. Everything was as described in the listing and the two hosts super friendly and helpful. We were very positively surprised how large the property is, which you can use in addition to the apartment. In front of the apartment is a huge garden with playground and sandbox and several riding equipment that the children can use. That was really nice to just sit comfortably in front of the house. A small point of criticism for which the owners can't do anything: the farm is very far north and close to the airport. So you always had long distances to get to the beach or the like. But apart from the planes during the day, which were always very exciting to watch, it was incredibly quiet. You absolutely had your peace and didn't hear a mind at night. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

The three of us ( my mother, me and my son of 4) had a lovely weekend in the cottage beach found at Desiree and Wouter. The cottage was very clean and equipped with every comfort. Given the location in the Koog, a great base from which to see a lot of Texel and also to be able to go to the beach. It's a real feeling of being away from it all. Desiree provided all the necessary tips in advance and responds super quickly, even during the stay. In addition, the cottage has nice books about the history of jutting on Texel. Bakker Wouter makes delicious cinnamon rolls and croissants on Sunday, which we ate back on the ferry. Thank you very much for the perfect weekend!

A nice place to stay in a holiday park. To the reception 2 min walk, supermarket, swimming pool, mini golf etc also nearby. The house has a second fridge in the storage room. Unfortunately, the house is not very well insulated, but the heating works great. The fireplace makes the living room cozy. The kitchen is also well equipped. The beddings and towels must be picked up and paid at the reception. However, it and Sylvia refunded the amount immediately.

Super cozy, lovingly furnished and very clean accommodation. Within walking distance of the village center and beach and yet in a quiet location. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and available if needed or for questions. We will be happy to come back again and felt very comfortable.

Robert received us very kindly. We had a super nice stay with our two children who could also play nicely in the spacious garden! Everything was very clean, nice spaces and pleasant kitchen. Ideal that there is a shed for the bikes.

We received a lot of clear information in advance through the beautiful site, really great. Upon arrival we were already awaited and greeted. An extra set of sheets was no problem and the bed was also made up, which was very nice. Unfortunately, we had a large group of 'young adults' next to us who unfortunately caused noise nuisance after 11pm (house rules) this was neatly resolved by Coen. All in all welcoming.
