Nice stay for a family weekend with children! Location is quiet with garden surrounded by a fence. Within walking distance of the beach (30 min walk)! The cottage has a lot for children inside and out and is well equipped with all necessities. There is a very nice coffee machine available (automatic bean machine) and a BBQ. We enjoyed staying here!

Irma was a friendly interested host, easy to get in touch with. Wonderful place, it was just a little too cold to sit outside but next to the pipo wagon there is a greenhouse where it is nice to sit and wonderful in terms of temperature. Cozy decor, everything is fine and definitely recommended!

Halo Sam was very kind. Unfortunately, there was a small communication issue with the cleaning team. But everything is half as wild. Sam took care of it. Beautiful well equipped house. We had a lovely time! We unfortunately left an electrical appliance. Sam is so nice and sends it to us! Thank you so much!

What a nice place! Our weekend in the yurt was wonderful! Beautifully decorated, comfortable and with lots of privacy. Upon arrival, we were able to enter the yurt immediately, after which host Elles enthusiastically guided us around. The yurt is in a private place with its own hot tub, sanitary facilities and kitchenette. Waking up with chickens and dogs, drinking coffee overlooking the bulb fields and long sun on the terrace: great! During the day, it gets warm in the yurt, but it cools down quickly in the evening. The sanitary facilities are a few meters away and a bit outdated, but that actually contributes to the rural feeling. You can get the wood for the hot tub yourself in a wheelbarrow at the shed, where there are also nice bicycles (and even a tandem!). Cycling around the area was a pleasure, also recommended: Hoenderdaell Zoo. We have completely relaxed and enjoyed our first time in a yurt. Certainly subject to repetition!

Highly recommend this sweet little farm in a peaceful village. We loved the sheep and lambs and even got to watch a little one be born! Instructions on yurt temperature management, wood stove and wood fired hot tub were clear and easy. We borrowed bikes and rode through the tulip fields to the beach. Such a nice family and surroundings after the bustle of Amsterdam!

A family getaway with five people was planned. The house is scenic, the village and beach are also easily accessible on foot, the path through a nature reserve is magical. The house exactly matches the descriptions, is spacious and bright – even in bad weather, if you can't use the enclosed garden with sun and shade spots, you are welcome to stay here. Those who feel like cooking will get their money's worth in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen. We had a very nice and pleasant stay, thank the hostess for making this great accommodation possible at such short notice and would be happy to come back.

Sam's place had everything we needed! Kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms were comfortable. It's not far to walk to the beach from the house. Perfect for a weekend away!

Beautiful place with plenty of privacy. Elles explained everything important at the beginning and was always available. The location of the accommodation is quiet and cities, beach and shopping are within short reach. Bicycles are freely available and can be used easily. The checkout worked smoothly.

Thanks so much for the pleasant stay in De Cocksdorp. Too bad the weather was drizzly and didn't lure to go outside. Therefore, it was extra nice to stay in a beautiful bungalow with all the necessary amenities. The shop and the bakery were within walking distance as well as the restaurants of the village. In short, we enjoyed the stay on Texel very much. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful getaway. The cottage is on the property of friendly Lida and has its own small terrace. In the house you will find everything you need. Behind the house you can park super (it is possible to get a parking card for the whole week online so that you can park on the whole island, thanks Lida :) and from there walk with the dog in the fields. The small village is beautiful (everyone is very friendly), the island can be visited perfectly from here. (Approximately 8 minutes by car to the beach.) We will be happy to come back!

Just like last year, we had a wonderful week in Ruigoord! A nice house where everything we needed is present. Great that the forest is across the street. We did a lot of hiking with our dog in the very varied environment.

Lovely tent in a beautiful spot. Everything on Texel can be reached within 20 minutes (by car). The place is spacious and well sheltered from the elements. A stove in the spring is nice and it is therefore present. For peace and nature, this is a nice base.

The home is just as described. It was super clean and has everything you need. We felt very comfortable. It takes 6 minutes by bike to get to deKoop and the beach. At the nearby hotel, there is the possibility to rent e-bikes. We highly recommend the accommodation. Many thanks to Marga

We have now spent our vacation in Annet's apartment for the second time with our children. The accommodation has enough space and is lovingly furnished. Annet is a great host. She is accommodating, friendly and we felt very comfortable in her apartment. The campsite offers many attractions and play opportunities for children. Thank you Annet for your hospitality!

We loved our stay at Thomas's place. The caravan is spacious and equipped with every comfort. The terrace was also very complete in terms of furniture with both sun and shade. However, we were bothered by mosquitoes so we definitely recommend bringing a mosquito spray.

Nice, well maintained, cozy campground. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Good location, close to the beach.

We had a great few days at the place! With two kids and a dog, it was perfect. We had plenty of room (more people could have easily come along). There is a playground and a pool in the immediate vicinity. We drove 10 minutes to the sea by car. The accommodation itself was clean, is very nicely decorated and nicely located. Really recommended! We will be happy to come back! :)

Marco's chalet is a small, but wonderful place. It's situated directly behind a private marina, in the first row of a settlement of similar chalets. The neighborhood is very quiet, allowing for relaxing on the terrace any time of the day. Nearby a secure bathing area for little kids, with a small sandy beach. We did some excursions to Sneek (a middle-sized town, ~25 minutes) and small villages at the shore of the ijsselmeer (eg. Stavoren, Hindeloopen, each ~25 minutes), which were each totally worth it. Super picturesque! and some nice restaurants, too. We can highly recommend renting Marco's place if you'd like to have a restful couple of days!

A beautiful unique place on a nice campsite. The tent house is very comfortable, spacious and with a nice bed. A big plus is that you sit privately, overlooking the greenery. The two of us really enjoyed the island and would love to come back. Recommended the tent house immediately warm to friends and family!

Nice house in the countryside. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Stephanie replied swiftly to all our messages. We spent a long weekend there and had a great time.
