Luxury Vacation Home on the Vinkeveense Lakes

Lovely vacation home on the beautiful recreational park Buitenborgh on the water. Swimming, boating, paddle boarding, fishing and enjoying the sun is our motto. Amsterdam and other Randstad cities are easily accessible by car. Public transportation is a little further away, around 1 km walk/cycle is a bus stop and 4 km walk/cycle is a train station. Your own transportation is recommended and can be parked in Abcoude. Three bicycles are included with your stay. Close to Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam Arena (Ajax) and AFAS Live.

"Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (10, 13, 16 and 18 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. The beautiful clean beach is accessible 500 meters from the house. The house is well insulated for a comfortable stay throughout the year. You can do many activities in Westkapelle and surrounding villages, such as fishing, surfing and shopping. The surrounding villages are easily accessible by bike, as are the cities of Middelburg and Vlissingen.

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. All this is accessible to our guests. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location

Sandepark 128 is located in Groote Keeten, a small village directly on the coast and 3 km north of the cozy and tourist village of Callantsoog. The Sandepark is a quiet and green holiday park about 600 m from the coast. The wide sandy beach is great for beach recreation: swimming, surfing, fishing, kite flying, blokarting and paddle boarding. In the immediate vicinity of Groote Keeten, you will find beautiful hiking and cycling routes through beautiful nature reserves.

On a unique spot on the outskirts of the forest you will find our cozy holiday home Seaside. The beautiful clean sandy beaches and the beautiful wooded surroundings give you the chance to find the peace you are looking for. Holiday home Seaside is a luxurious and cozy detached house for 6 people with lots of living comfort. The sunny garden offers a lot of privacy and is completely closed off. After a long beach walk, it is wonderful to stay in our infrared sauna.

This vacation home is therefore very suitable for a city trip. You can enjoy delicious shellfish dishes in one of the many Dutch restaurants.

Outside, a spacious wooden deck with a sun lounger, outdoor dining table, BBQ, pizza oven, and a stunning lake view awaits.

The private summer house has a living room with a well-equipped kitchen with oven/microwave, induction hob, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Upstairs is the bedroom with made-up queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with towels. Of course, you can use the free Wi-Fi. Our accommodation is located in Katwijk aan Zee, a stone's throw away from the beach and the dunes. The shopping center, terraces and restaurants are also within a 5-minute walk.
