What looks like a collection of antique books, is in fact merely the façade behind which we’ve hidden our most mysterious rooms. Once you’ve found the door, you can drop down on the luxury bed, and take a good look around. To relax (maybe read an actual book), you can take a seat in one of the Chesterfields in front of the cases, where we also serve breakfast. Like in the rest of Hotel Not Hotel, not all is what it seems here. Some mirrors or paintings conveniently double as a one-way window, so you can see when it’s safe to come out of your hiding place, but no one can look inside… Room features: One double bed, Shared Bathroom.

Each bunk is equipped with a light, personal shelf, USB charging station, and under-bed lockers. Pillow, duvet, and linen are included. Towels are available at reception for a small fee. Please note, this room is for guests aged 18 and over only. Perfect for those seeking a social yet comfortable experience.

I am a private room at the most local Boutique Hostel in Haarlem. I have a large bed and my own bath room with shower, sink and toilet. You have views over a side street from my window and my French balcony. I'm on the first floor of the hostel. Downstairs on my Patio you are more than welcome to read a book or come and have a coffee. I also have a local restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Or come get a Haarlem beer at my bar.
