Very pleasant stay in a quiet and very pretty little town. The accommodation with simple, efficient decor, ( and personally in good taste) is identical to the description with a small garden very welcoming. Sytske was proactive in our communication ( especially she found us an address to rent bikes). Free parking nearby. Thank you for your hospitality and your husband. We recommend!

The apartment was absolutely wonderful and it felt really special to stay somewhere so beautiful. The view from the window, across the canal made it extra special. Lots to see and do within walking distance, with excellent places to eat or just stop off for coffee and a cake. Our host was really helpful and check in and check out was seamless. Would absolutely recommend.

The flat is in a lovely 17th century house on the canal. It is a 15 minute walk from the station which is very convenient if you’re travelling around to other places as we did. Marjan is very nice and communicative.

A great place for a couple to stay in Amsterdam, great restaurants, lots of sights in walking distance and very close to the railway station. This made access from the airport on public transport very easy. The apartment is spacious, modern and very clean. The downstairs bedroom is very comfortable with an excellent en suite shower room and free from noise as it is below ground level. As advertised, it is accessed down a steep spiral staircase which was fine, but would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. The kitchen has a fridge, and an espresso coffee machine which allowed us to make a simple continental breakfast. There are no facilities to cook food, but there are many excellent restaurants within yards, of the front door so treat yourself!! For those who like a Dutch dining experience, we would recommend Van Speyk which is next door ( where we went twice). Food, service and ambiance excellent both times. Ellen and Jaap were lovely hosts, we had an incredible stay at their place! It was so creatively and artistically decorated, and I have never slept better at an Airbnb — the beds were so comfortable, and the neighborhood was so peaceful. It was awesome to have a sweet dog and cat roaming around to make us animal-lovers feel right at home :) 5/5 stars on all levels!

We had a wonderful stay. A small but perfect place to be, close to lots of great places and things to see and do. My little girl enjoyed feeding the ducks in the morning on the canal! I loved that there was a generous supply of breakfast items, tea, coffee, even milk. It made us feel welcome straight away. We would definitely recommend staying here and would come again.

Always happy to come back….. The apartment is a dream. Super nicely furnished, centrally located and the sauna an absolute highlight to end the day. Maik really thought of everything and prepared it with a lot of love. We will be happy to come back!!!

Great place in Amsterdam. The canal house was very unique and historic and the art was fantastic. Host was very easy to communicate with.

The loft was super nice and relaxing. It was next to a nice neighborhood with local shops and restaurants, and it was easy to get to both the beach and the city center. And my wife loved the bathtub! It had we needed.

The home is beautiful! Well located, as in the publication, maybe we imagined something taller but it was short, not suitable for tall people,😂 comfortable, nice, clean, and well located! To walk everywhere

Karin’s place was a wonderful location in a beautiful town. Her place was just as described, right on the canal. The weather was not ideal but we still managed to enjoy the courtyard one evening. Karin and her husband were wonderful hosts. I would highly recommend staying in Haarlem instead of Amsterdam and this is the perfect spot.

The location of the apartment is ideal with views of the canal and the old courthouse. Just a few minutes' walk from the Jordaan and the museum district. Theodora and her family, especially her son Stan, were very responsive and available. I highly recommend renting here

We had a fantastic time. Beautiful quiet and natural environment with privacy. Extremely friendly welcome. Everything super neat and clean. Worth repeating. The area is great and easy to walk and otherwise the bus towards the center. Stop is a 2-minute walk. Very welcoming and friendly owners. Everything was just great!

Cozy, spacious house with sauna and jacuzzi. The house is cozily furnished and in a quiet location. There is plenty of space to sit outside as well.

Our stay in this beautiful cottage was just great. The accommodation is cozy and very clean. The location is ideal – quiet and idyllic, but still well connected. We particularly liked the proximity to the zoo in Emmen, which we could easily reach. The charming cheese shop was also a great insider tip from Anne-Marie. Typically, in addition to the cheese, we also bought an Old Jenever, the traditional Dutch juniper, and had Hagelslag for breakfast. And of course, the hot tub was just fantastic for relaxing. For nature lovers, the nearby forest is ideal for walks or bike rides. We enjoyed the peace and the fresh air very much. Anne-Marie and Marnix were super friendly and helpful, communication was straightforward and they responded quickly. There wasn't even a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival 😊 Conclusion: An absolutely recommended accommodation, we will be happy to come back.

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easily accessible. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.

The place is quite compact, but it has everything you need. Is well suited for a short trip and for relaxation.

What a great place to stay for a few days in this region! Ina's place was very comfortable and had plenty of room along with your own private waterfront seating area. The kitchen was stocked full of goodies for your stay and the bathroom shower (and spa bath) was very luxurious. Ina was a great host and provided the GPS coordinates to reach her property, as it is not shown accurately on the driving maps. Definitely worth a four or five night stay.

Kelly and Diana are absolutely wonderful hosts, and B&B De Muldermolen is a treasure. The property is located across the street from a charming and lovely pond surrounded by trees and filled with wildlife. The sounds of frogs and the chirps of birds were always around and were a welcome change from the sounds of the city. The B&B sits near other villages with amazing food and incredible charm. And the Kelly and Diana are knowledge, welcoming, and friendly. We are already looking forward to when we can return! A slice of paradise not far from the hustle and bustle of the everyday world.
