Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Termini Imerese

Beautiful property. From the gardens and pool to the outdoor kitchen, it felt like your own private oasis. We wished we had more time and could have stayed another week.

Super close to the airport which was what we needed as we were watching an early flight. Salvatore was thoughtful, friendly, and helpful! Wonderful stay, would stay there again!

We had a great time at this villa. We made good use of the gym and sauna in the morning before heading for a swim. The place was great and the hosts were very welcoming. All instructions were clear, we had a good welcoming even at midnight. Very satisfied with the whole rental and experience. I highly recommend it.

My daughter and son in law stayed with Giuseppina. The apartment was fabulous for all our needs. Situated in the town centre. Great location. Clean and tidy and a lovely host.

Such a lovely time! <3 Four of us in the apartment was no problem with sofa bed and bed, everything was as described and as a highlight there was a brand new hot tub on the roof terrace! Great location: you can quickly get to the water and to several restaurants. Highly recommended, really! Antonio, our host, was extremely friendly, gave us great tips and was super accessible. Glad to come back!

Maria is a fabulous, friendly and informative host. We arrived before official check but Maria greeted us, stored our luggage and gave us towels and umbrellas for the beach. The apartment was in a quiet location yet near to the beach. The top terrace is lovely and we spent an enjoyable late evening watching the stars. Mondello is a lovely break away from the bustle of Palermo. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s and Maria is one of the best hosts we have ever had. Thank you for making our trip so special. Maria gave us great recommendations for beaches and restaurants.

We were in the villa as a girls' group and immediately felt at home. We had a very nice time.

We very much enjoyed staying at Playamuri. The cabin is nice, clean, simple but practically equipped. The environment is quiet, natural. We were here in May and were the only guests. Occasionally a train passes by, but it didn't disturb us at all. Carlo is a great host, always helpful and responsive.

After hours of research we are convinced this is one of the best properties to rent in Sicily and the best in Cefalù, modern, fresh, clean extremely private, insane views, extreme friendly and helpful hosts, after staying longer it was not possible to find a home which matches with this one. Amazing stay, anytime we visit Sicily we will be sure to rent this place again.

Lovely villa with stupendous grounds and gardens. Many artistic, historical and family artifacts made this stay a cultural adventure. We had two cars and enjoyed the leaving the cars there and being able to train into Palermo, avoiding driving into the big city with traffic and ZTL issues. Geri was an absolute joy and one of the nicest, most generous hosts I’ve ever met. We had a wonderful time here!

Olesia’s property was STUNNING - the photos don’t do it justice!! So spacious and well equipped, just a wonderful experience. It’s a 45 min walk in to Cefalu and pretty steep back but we had a hire car so no issues, just something to bear in mind. We had my 1 year old son with us and it’s not the most child friendly property (located on a steep hill, which is great for views but not for toddlers!!) but we absolutely loved our stay and I would definitely recommend.

The best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The pictures are great and the home definitely doesn’t disappoint in person! The pool was the best part and was the highlight of our 3 year old’s trip! The property is gated with great parking and we felt safe and secure. The outdoor kitchen was amazing and we used it every night. Paolo and his family were absolutely amazing and so sweet to our family, they made us feel welcomed and like they genuinely cared about us. Coffee on the bedroom balcony was a dream and the views of the sea and mountain side were breathtaking! We cannot say enough wonderful things about our trip, we will definitely be back to stay! I can highly recommend Villa Felice! Mariella gave us a very warm welcome. We were able to enjoy fruit from the garden, which was beautifully maintained. The view is great and the house was clean with a well-equipped kitchen. A highlight was certainly the jacuzzi and the pool with sea view! The villa is well located for excursions by car. Osvaldo's property is a slice of paradise. There's so much to do, and everything is so perfectly kept. You can tell he takes pride in his property. Osvaldo was an amazing host, responsive, friendly, proactive, and made sure we had a special vacation.

Giuseppe was the best host I have ever come into contact with on AirBnb not only was he responsive he was incredibly helpful - helping me and my partner get a rental car, driving us to the rental, sorting out a lift back to the train station after dropping off the rental. Additionally he gives great recommendations that truly shows his care for his customers, the recommendations always came with instructions how to get there which we truly appreciated. The place itself was stunning, it was a lovely private house with a gorgeous outside area filled with plants and flowers. The glass room was my favourite room of the house. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen came with all the amenities you could possibly want. The shower was modern and clean. 10/10 house. And only a 10 minute walk to the shop! Giuseppe made our entire trip worth it, and we are so appreciative of his hospitality.

Stunning location. On the front side, the (small) mount Bonifato and the sea; on the back, hilly Sicily as far as the eye can see. Very peaceful, one can enjoy some days of calm here. Hosts are very welcoming and cleanliness was much appreciated. One point to consider for car entusiasts: in case of a lowered/sport car, the last 200m of acces road could be a challenge.
