Vacation rentals with a patio in Templeton

Could not have more amazing or welcoming hosts. Sandy and David continue to do more than expected to accommodate me. Clean, beautiful home, friendly pets, spacious bathroom, and comfortable bed. Private and peaceful neighborhood that is close to restaurants & shopping. Having covered / garage parking as well as easy access to the washer & dryer is truly appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here and would give them more stars if I could 😁

Edel and Alex's studio is a wonderful gem in Cayucos! I stayed here for almost a week, and it was the perfect spot for beach town relaxation. The location is a super quick hop from Cayucos' main street and also from Morro Bay. The studio is private, well appointed, and clean; the neighborhood is quiet; and the area is a spectacular piece of central California coastline. Edel and Alex have a delightful guidebook of restaurants, bars, wineries, and tourist spots all over the San Louise Obispo area. They were also incredibly proactive and responsive hosts. I am absolutely staying here the next time I'm in the area!

Diane's Nottage was the best Airbnb I've stayed in recently - I am a clean freak, and this place did not disappoint! The ample counter space in the bathroom was a pleasure, as was the big, new shower and comfy living area. She clearly labeled all of the light switches which was a huge help. I loved the backyard garden and the overall layout of the Nottage - It felt so private and safe. I now want more reasons to visit SLO so I can book Diane's home again!!

We went for a family birthday weekend and this was a great place for that! Despite being close to the main street, it was quiet and the outside deck was a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy views of Morro Rock. Everything was clean and ready to go. We would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay in Paso Robles! David’s place was beautiful, comfortable and thoughtful. The detail put into the amenities and design did not go unnoticed. The indoor/outdoor space was cozy and inviting. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was an easy walks to many restaurants and coffee shops. We loved the hammock and porch area and the fans made it very comfortable, even on the hot days. We would definitely stay at this place again if we found ourselves n the charming town of Paso Robles. Cheers!

A little tucked away corner of downtown Paso, and nearby many great wine tasting areas, restaurants, and the park. A very spacious loft and loved that it had parking which is a must in Paso. My fiancée and I enjoyed our stay!

Lori’s home was the perfect getaway place for my wife and I. A newer home situated on private and quiet winery. The home had everything we needed and more from basic toiletries to coffee and snacks. We look forward to coming back and staying here later this summer.

Great experience! One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at! It was a good location and quiet. The apt was very clean and stocked full of amenities. The hosts even hand wrote us a card and left Happy Birthday balloons for my husband. So thoughtful!

Dawn, Matt, and Jeanne were the best hosts. The place was so perfect, all the beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The yard was also a dream and the location was so close to wineries and downtown Paso. I couldn’t recommend this place enough

My wife and I really loved Scott and Marcy‘s “Gem”. The place felt like we were in a cozy cabin in the middle of the woods. We were at the lower elevation of the property, but with just a walk up the steep driveway you are treated to some remarkable views of the surrounding area for miles. There were deer running around all over the property, we even saw an elk on our way back from town. The place was immaculate and had everything you would need. Thank you for the complimentary bottle of wine and bottle of olive oil that came from the olive trees on the property. We had a great conversation with Scott & Marcy and they gave us some great spots to check out and told us a lot about the area. I recommend their place highly and would definitely stay there again. From the moment we walked on the original floor of the property and saw how many original things were still included in this 200-year-old home, we knew that we were going to have a great stay. Everything was exactly as described and even better. My mother told me several times that she wanted to move in exactly how it was and stay there forever. My dad said that this was the best rental he had ever stayed in and was so happy with it. So, if you ever find an elderly couple squatting in the house, it’s probably my parents… Lol! This is how delighted and satisfied we were. We look forward to coming back to Templeton and renting the Templeton Guest House again. Here’s a polished and friendly review you can use for Airbnb: We loved our stay at Thomas’s place! The location is perfect—walking distance to great bars, restaurants, and just steps from the water. The space itself is super cute, private, and comfortable. Thomas has two cats and a dog, all incredibly friendly, but the real star of the show is his co-host, Sylvester the cat. He’s got a big personality and was happy to hang out with us as much as we let him. If you’re a cat lover, you’ll adore him. The house was stocked with a few thoughtful provisions, and we especially appreciated the ice cream bars—such a nice touch. Hopefully Thomas’s place is available the next time we’re in Los Osos. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This is such an excellent Airbnb. The house was comfortable with all listed amenities easily at hand. Everything at the house was clean and worked as it should. The real standout here is the backyard. Perfect for our dog and our son to run around. Tons of space, seating, and even a hot tub. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a secluded, private and quiet retreat.

Emma’s place was truly a home away from home! We came here for my birthday/our anniversary trip and loved it. The place was like a peaceful beach cottage, and the hosts were so thoughtful. You could see the effort that went into building this place. The living room, bedroom, bathroom were all so nice- the outdoor area and little office were great. We loved the hot tub and even ate our dinner in the backyard. It could be helpful to know that the house is on a corner of a street and you can hear cars clearly driving by at night, however, the neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet otherwise! We would stay here again because of the central location and coziness of the house! (:

We had a wonderful stay! The house is sunny, cozy, comfortable and set up well. You have everything you need as if you’re at your own home. There’s so much room both inside and outside and everything is so clean. Laura is very responsive and so nice to work with. I felt like I was borrowing a house from a friend. Will recommend for sure and rebook when back in Paso.
