Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Tbilisi

The owner responded so kindly and even booked a taxi to the airport for the last trip. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet, so it was a great help in getting a good night's sleep. The bed sheet was softer than other accommodations, and I could feel the cleanliness, so it was the best accommodation.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There’s air conditioning in every room, which was a big plus. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There are some railway tracks nearby, but during our whole week-long stay, I only heard a train once, so it wasn’t an issue at all. The location is also super convenient - very easy access to the airport, with shops and restaurants close by. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free with a lockbox, which made everything simple. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tbilisi!

Beautiful flat - really lovely place to retreat to and enjoy the views from the terrace. We travelled with two babies so it was great to have a proper kitchen and gorgeous place to really enjoy dinners in. Scenic walk up to it through the old town and near lots of restaurants, but do be prepared to lug your luggage!

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

The apartment is cozy and well-equipped. its location is ideal for tourism in Tbilisi. Parking space is really a plus.

We had a very comfortable stay at the apartment. Nelly was the perfect host! She ensured all amenities were provided and she herself greeted us at check in. She also kept checking in to ensure we had everything or if we needed anything else. The place was exactly as described. The location too was very close to the city and other attractions. Highly recommend!

Very cozy apartment, located in very convenient place. Right next to the wine factory, which is best place to have a nice evenings in Tbilisi. Fully equipped apartment with huge veranda to enjoy morning sun with cup of coffee. Just highly recommended!

The location was absolutely perfect — just steps from the city's main street, with everything you need and all the main spots within walking distance. During our stay, there was a small issue caused by us, but the host handled it quickly and kindly, without making us feel uncomfortable. Overall, a great and smooth experience!

I had the pleasure of staying at this truly exceptional Airbnb in Tbilisi, and it exceeded all expectations! The location is perfect—central, yet peaceful—with stunning views that made every morning feel special. The apartment itself was incredibly cozy, tastefully decorated, and spotless. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the high-quality linens to the fully functioning amenities. It felt like a true home away from home. Our host was wonderful—kind, responsive, and generous enough to allow an early check-in, which made our arrival so much smoother. We had a great stay at this apartment! It was well-equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great place to stay in Georgia! The apartment is located in the city center, making it easy to get around on foot. Mziko is an amazing host—very kind and supportive. The apartment had everything needed for a long stay, and the complimentary tea and coffee were a lovely touch. It's also close to the conservatory, so you can enjoy the sound of musicians rehearsing right from home, which was a beautiful experience.

I've been to a lot airbnb's but this was definitely the best airbnb experience ever. The space is even better than in the pictures , very clean and you will find everything you need in it. Tamta is very assisting to help with everything which makes you feel very safe. During my stay there was a lot of rain, I felt very cozy at home watching Netflix with a wine from the couch!

I’m really happy with my experience living in Manana’s apartment. The place was spacious and comfortable, and I especially appreciated how quickly she responded, no matter the time of day. I also loved the location — everything was super close, with tons of grocery stores and pharmacies just around the corner. Getting to the city center was easy too. Wonderful flat in a great location, walkable to everything. It was extremely quiet inside, perfect for sleeping. Excellent heating and AC.
