Super host! Was very helpful and flexable. I feel one of the most important things in going to a new place is having good communication with the host, and we were not disappointed. He immediately contacted us and was great at explaining all of the details that needed to be adressed. We loved that the apartment was on the first floor and was so specious. We are greatful we chose this appartment for our big family. ❤️

We preferred it. We were a little uneasy on the first day because we were unfamiliar with the structure of the neighborhood and the city. But mariam and the neighbors are very friendly. The location of the house is within walking distance of everything. The moment you take the upper street, you reach rustavelli street. Also, everything was spotless. The only problem we had was the lack of windows, we didn't realize it was in the morning and it caused us to sleep a lot. But mariam did her best for the comfort of the house. Thank you so much 💗

We had an incredible stay at Mariam’s apartment in Tbilisi, The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning—waking up to Tbilisi’s beauty was a highlight for our family. The space was cozy, clean, and perfect for us and our 2-year-old daughter. George & Mariam were an exceptional hosts. When our daughter needed a doctor’s appointment, he went above and beyond, helping us book it quickly and ensuring she got the care she needed to feel better. His fast responses to our messages made everything so smooth, whether we had questions about the stay or local tips. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Tbilisi. A great place to stay in Tbilisi, a very cool terrace, Irakli and his Spouse are a very hospitable couple, I would love to stay with them again.

This was my second time staying here in this location. This home is great and Ketevan is my favorite host in Tbilisi. It's the perfect place for vacation and long stay and it's in a great location. Ketevan is also very helpful I had lost my bags in the airport and she contacted her son that works in an airport to help me find them. I hope she gets more clients and I will surely be back in the future!

The apartment is equipped with all what you need, and the view is breath taking, with a big balcony. that is the most luxurious apartment you can get with such a great value. Near the metro and few minutes to all the fun in Tbilisi. Hope to visit this place again soon

The accomodation met all my needs and expectations. The flat is equipped with all necessities and it is situated in very heart of Tbilisi, surrounded by restaurants and cafes, which is only thing to take in consideration - it means a lot of noise on a street even at night.

This apartment has fantastic views and amazing location. So close to historical gastro street, however, the entrance to the courtyard is adjacent to a quiet street. There is a little noise from the road from the facade, but there is compensate unique views and excellent insulation from the neighbors in the building. The flat has intelligent vibe appropriate to the building style, space permeated with natural light and has retro comfortable furniture and dishes. The atmosphere is very cozy I felt there like at home. The host Nika quickly answered all our questions. It's been a wonderful two months here. I'm will be glad to come back to this place.
