This newly renovated apartment is located in the central part of Tbilisi. The cozy and sunny apartment is on the 16th floor, with a big balcony and an amazing panoramic view of the city. The apartment is fully equipped with anything you might need. Within 50 meters of the building there are several supermarkets, pharmacies and several restaurants Although the apartment is not located in the historic center of the city, you can reach touristic destinations by taxi in 20 min, costing around $3

Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

Ateshgah Residence is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi district Kldis Ubani on the top of a steep street behind 5th century Zoroastrian temple Ateshgah. As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.
