Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Tbilisi

PERFECT for us! Nodar was wonderful. Think its always important to write goal/type of trip, as everyones reviews can vary: we were a group of 9 adults, one kid, two toddlers and a newborn! Travelling from UK and Iran for a big family reunion! An e-Sim/Sim for Data is almost essential, to use Google/Translate/Bolt etc. LOCATION: Famous/beautiful street. Lots of groceries. Bolt will drop you off in the correct spot. Nodar guided us for the rest! (DO NOT GET airport taxi, use BOLT or Prebook). HOUSE: Two families with kids upstairs, the grandmother downstairs to avoid her using stairs. GARDEN: Amazing for BBQ's, setting up drinks etc. We bought everything from shops/butcher nearby. FACILITIES: Nodar kindly provided toiletries but we were a big group so got additional stuff easily ourselves. Tv is basic but enough to connect HDMI (we'd taken our PS5). Kitchen just needs a few more utensils, Linen CLEAN NODAR: Totally assisted us to the max whenever he could! Definitely recommend!

3 of us stayed for a longer stay whilst studying and it suited us really well. Good location, accessible yet the dead end gave a sense of privacy. Lovely host who was always quick to respond (also the stray cats are extremely sweet)💞

We have been staying as a couple with a dog and absolutely loved it. Nice neighbours, terrace with some space to be outside while not leaving our house territory, a cute dog Benny who is happy to see you and receive some cuddles. It had all the necessary amenities and it was warm in the early spring, because the heater works very well. Close to the metro station but very calm neighbourhood. Totally recommended.

Shorena is a fantastic and friendly superhost, she always responded quickly to our questions, or concerns. Her mother who lives next door is also very friendly, helpful, and speedy to assist with anything! We stayed for 1 month with our toddlers and it was a very fun location. The Old Time restaurant that’s 1 min away is amazing. Everything you will need is within short walking distance. We really enjoyed exploring this area, and it’s also kid and stroller friendly. The home is just like the photos and very clean. The furniture, walls, bathrooms, and etc were all very clean. The beds are VERY comfortable and the bedding is luxurious. The kitchen is updated, and is well equipped with silverware + dishes. Great for at home cooking. The sink, stove and oven are modern and nice! The wifi worked great, we never had any issues. There’s A/C units in each room, and radiant heating, both work great! Washing machine works great. Don’t let the rough alley scare you, this is a hidden gem! :)

I stayed at the place for two nights. I enjoyed my stay, felt safe and the room is in a nice area of the city. It was not ideal with the height, but it was manageable for me. Very kind people as well. will definitely come back one day

host is friendly and easy to contact. the location was good.. near to lots of places. like 5 to 7 minutes away to old town tbilisi. theres supermarket close to the place. bars also 15 minutes walk. fabrika hotel is an art place that 10 minutes walk. theres boutique and resto to dine and drink with. even the arab street is near. also walk away to rustaveli avenue good place check out. the location of ninuca place was strategically good. her place was cozy and comfortable. set as utalirian where all you need to stay for a week was there. you can cook, wash clothes. heater is always working. there clothes heater also for towels that makes your towels and jackets dry and hot. basically nice place. AMAZING. Thank you ninuca.

Responsive and kind hosts. The home is warm and cozy. There is everything you need for living. One of the best places I visited during my trip. Special thanks for taking care of the cats :D

The place was warm (effective flued gas heater) and the water was hot. Anastasia was very proactive in her responses, and that was really appreciated. The washing machine was a godsend, especially the 15 minute quick cycle.

We arrived at Zaze before the year. This is a large private house, we were placed in a spacious living room with 2 beds + a large bed. In the living room on the table, we had a greeting from the hosts wine, chacha, fruit, fruit and sweets. Very pleasant, we tired of the road had a bite to eat and went to sleep in the white beds. The host of Zaza and Nino are very kind and attentive hosts, the people of the Orthodox faith for all our desires were responsive, helping and organizing our leisure time in every way possible. We really appreciate these people so much, during their stay. We will remember and we will definitely visit them again if we are in Tbilisi!

Our stay at Qeta Villa was absolutely perfect! Everything exceeded our expectations — the villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location was peaceful and offered a wonderful sense of privacy, while still being close enough to everything we needed. The amenities were top-notch, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay special. Communication with the host was smooth and very helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Qeta Villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We only stayed here for the one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. It was a great location, easy to walk into the main part of the city. Very clean and very cosy. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome apartment, great view from the 20th floor, relatively close to the city center. Inga was very friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure communicating. I've been there 2 times and liked it a lot.

We had a great time in this beautiful apartment. The interior was special and we loved the art inside of it. The location of the Airbnb is amazing as you can reach everything that is needed in short walking distance. The host was super easy to reach, very friendly and the check in/out was the easiest ever :) can highly recommend staying here!

A great stay for the price! Good both for short and long term stays, do mind that the kitchen is rather small, so may not be the best pick if you plan on cooking a lot yourself (not that you should, Tbilisi is full of great restaurants and takeways). Other than that, great place, thank you for having me in!

Victoria was very friendly and supportive when needed. The house was clean, and it was one of four rooms, with the washing machine and microwave in a shared space, but otherwise it was self-contained in the room. The nearest supermarket and bus stop are about a 15-minute walk, and you can go to the city from there, so there is no problem. The surrounding environment is quiet at night, but there are many dogs on the road, so people who are not good with dogs may want to take a car. Thank you!

Overall, we had a very positive experience in the apartment, the icing on the cake was the host Ruth, who is simply a lovely, warm and helpful person. She insisted on welcoming us when we arrived at the apartment despite the late hour because we arrived with two young children. It was important to her to help us in any way possible. She left us games and toys for the girls and any small or large issue we raised was answered immediately and above and beyond what we expected. Ruth is truly an exemplary host! The apartment was spacious and cozy. We could also use the parking lot which was very convenient and helpful. We liked that the apartment was very large and spacious and relatively quiet despite the location close to the main street. In the vicinity of the apartment there was a supermarket, plenty of shops and restaurants, pharmacies and more. Which was very convenient. Thank you very much Ruth 🙏🏻

We had a great time with the van! Everything was super easy, Joni pickt us up at the airport even though it was super early and explained everything to us. Then we got to explore all the corners of Georgia. Even though it was November, the van was comfortable and cosy, and with the sleeping bags we brought with us we didnt even need the heating at night. The van worked without problems and we felt very confident on the roads ;)

It was a real pleasure to be in such an interestingly designed apartment with an abundance of wood, paintings and authentic things. I had a great time in such a cozy and aesthetically pleasing place. Communication with Dimitri was excellent. I'll miss this house. 🤗
