Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Tbilisi

Absolutely wonderful house. Everything is designed and laid out with such care, it really felt like a space people loved to spend time in and made cozy for themselves. Ridiculously well stocked kitchen — we didn't have to buy any spices or oil for the NYE dinner, anything we needed was in the pantry for us to use. Very portable and easy to use grill in the courtyard, too. The bedrooms were also amazingly cozy — I don't think I have had better sleep anywhere in all my life than in those beds. <3 The house is only about 15 minutes away (on foot) from Marjanishvili with its restaurants and shops and markets, and the rest of Tbilisi was easily accessible by metro. My only complaint — the water pressure in the bathroom was just enough for a shower, but a little weak for running a full bath (the water would cool by the time it filled up). Other than that, this house might be the best airbnb I've ever stayed at, and I would love to come again. <3

Natalia is a great host! Provided all the necessary info to easily find the house, check-in and check-out. Had an excellent experience staying there! Clean, warm house. Three bedrooms with own bathrooms and balconies. Has all the necessary things for a comfy stay. Outside there are a barbecue area and a hammock for chilling out.

One of the best thing of this place is a view above the town. A huge terrace, big windows and light clean house. Nice place for practicing out/inside. Comfortable bed) It’s easy to arrive here on a bus. Also you can have nice walk trip throw the Mtatsminda park or use a funicular for it. Nina is intentivly and friendly host. Thanks to her)

We came 9 friens for a vacation and we had a great time thenks to this amazing place. the host was super nice and responsive, she was available at every hour and always make sure that we have everything we need. The hotel facilities was great and comfortable. Thank you very much. very recommended!

This was one of my favorite airbnb experiences ever. Our hosts were unbelievably kind about our arrival and check-out times since everyone in our group had red-eye flights. They greeted us at the house and gave us recommendations for where to eat and things to do. The house itself is even more beautiful than the photos, and we all felt safe and comfortable. The pool was a fantastic bonus on hot afternoons, and we loved the outdoor barbecue space. The location was perfect, and we felt that we had peace and privacy while still being a very cheap taxi-ride away from the bustle of the city center. I can’t think of enough positive things to say. Thank you so much to our hosts, and I hope we can return soon!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly nice and responsive, ensuring everything was perfect during our stay. When we had a small maintenance request, it was taken care of super quickly, which was really impressive. We highly recommend staying here – it made our trip so much more enjoyable!

I celebrated my birthday at Nino and Misha's place with 5 closest friends. We loved every minute of it, it's such a cozy and well-loved space tucked away in a scenic corner of Kiketi. Extremely well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and a bath tub, what else could one want. :) There's a road right outside the house but it wasn't noisy at all. Also it stayed quite cool indoors despite the early summer heat. Overall, 10/10 experience

One of best bnb stay we had as family within two dream wooden cottages, greenish yard, mountains, sky. Vano was proactive host. You cant get enough of this space, since sitting n viewing from each corner had its own design marvel at same time space was blending perfectly with vast panorama of nature. Perfect space for family ! Just awesome space!

We had a really relaxed time at this beautiful villa. It was quite hot, but Irakli was kind enough to get ventilators for the rooms so we could still sleep. If airco is installed the place would be even more comfortable. The pool was excellent and communication with the host was great. The only downside we experienced besides the heat is that the water and electricity stopped working for a night, but this was remedied the next morning.

Great accommodation! Gaga was very friendly and responsive to every question and request we had, from the booking process to even after checkout. He met us at the airport and allowed us to keep our luggage after checkout until the evening. We were 8 people (3 couples and 2 friends), and the villa fit us perfectly. The only downside is that the villa is a bit far from the main activities in the city, and there isn’t much to do in the neighborhood. However, considering the low taxi prices, this wasn’t a problem at all—it cost only around 7-8 Lari to get to the Liberty Square area. Overall, it's a great place to stay for a group of friends or a big family!

In stay you will experience the ultimate stay, I've to. Many destinations around the world and many units and sleep in but this unit is uniquely positioned. The host is super fast responsive, knowledgeable and helpful, while it gave you all what you need for an amazing stay. I've sat for two quite days, away from city noise and literally in the forest that surrounds you, it was cold during my stay and fire place saved the day, logs available for a month tho, we cooked our food since kitchen has what needed. I became a full timer rancher for two days, cut logs that a bit big instead of using small ones, cocks steak on the grill, sat on porch rest of day, while running fireplace while it is dark for warming. It is one of the best experiences we had me and wife ❤️

Tatia’s place was such a lovely stay. Even though we were only there for a couple of nights, we found it so relaxing. Tatia’s partner took us for a spontaneous wine tasting in his homemade wine cellar, we had a bbq and a hot tub all to ourselves and gave us free use of the pool on the first night (as the guests in the cabin next door were arriving the next night) The entire place has been built from scratch and is beautifully done. We enjoyed wine and dinner on our own private balcony - we couldn’t see the cabin next door as it was hidden behind the trees! I would definitely recommend this gorgous retreat!

A wonderful, very cozy, clean, and well-kept cottage with everything you might need. Located in a quiet area that’s easy to reach by car. And most importantly — the view is absolutely stunning! A perfect place to spend a few days in nature. Lasha is a very responsive and hospitable host — he provided us with detailed instructions and was extremely polite, attentive, and considerate. We would be happy to come back again. The only thing is that on a warm, sunny day, the outdoor area could use a bit more shade or a canopy.
