excellent apartment and owner. fully corresponds to the photo. the location is good, not noisy. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious gifts that were waiting for us inside the apartment. The Wi-fi was stable and fast , I recommend. A special big thank you is that we were able to stop by much earlier than the usual time for check-in.

The place was in the middle of old buildings which is rather atmospheric, goid to walk towards the Tbilisi fabrica, which is also a very attractive place especially for young people. On a walking distance from David Agbashenebeli street, wich is one of the main streets to walk.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming, antique-style house! The place is beautifully decorated and full of character, making it a unique and cozy experience. Irma is an absolutely amazing host , so warm, friendly, and helpful. She even brought us fresh homemade hachapuri, which was incredibly delicious and such a kind gesture. Irma went above and beyond to help us, even meeting us to guide us to the house and helping with our luggage. The home had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is impressively equipped—easily set up to host 10 guests at once! The location is perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Very nice apartment, good location and view

Apartment totally true to the listing. Giorgi is very responsive. The instructions were very clear and made it easy for us to get to the apartment. The apartment has everything you need and much more with the dishwasher and washing machine. The wifi is working perfectly. The apartment is cozy and well-equipped. The bedding is extremely satisfactory. It's warm, it feels like home. The apartment overlooks a major communication hub, if you are a light sleeper this could be a disadvantage which was not our case. At the foot of the front door of the residence is a Carrefour store which is very convenient for everyday life as well as a bank that can exchange money if needed. I would highly recommend it. If we go back to Tbilisi, we will definitely stay with Giorgi again. Thank you so much!!

It would be precisely where I would want to be in my future visits to Tblisi. Kakha was very courteous and helpful. Nice view of mountain range from balcony. Convenient food stores connected to building. All new buildings in community. Very clean and safe environment.

This place is recommended. It is a quite comfortable room. Fully equipped with all amenities, hair dryer, washing machine, heater, microwave. Please drag your bags in. The view from the bedroom is very beautiful. The view of the snowy mountains. The wifi is fast for working. There is a supermarket below the building. Super responsive. Easy to get to the city. Not far from the city. Peaceful. The owner of the room is kind and easy to talk to. Recommended.

The host information is very responsive and quick to solve the problem, I am a warm and handsome kid, the apartment is very light, the world is open, and the other residents of the entire building are also very friendly, it was a good stay.

Beautiful home, amazing host and prime location is what could sum up our stay. Nino has been such a lovely person, very responsive, and she was kind to allow us to do an early check in due to our flight schedule. The house is cozy, and felt right at home. Nino and her husband were always available for any help we needed. If I get a chance to visit Tbilisi, this will be my stay. The house is equipped with all the amenities, and brilliant interiors. It is walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. A clear 10/10 and highly recommended. Thank you Nino, for hosting us, and making our stay memorable.

This is becoming my go to apartment when in Tibilisi. The real authentic experience which isn't easy to find in a tourist driven area. love the old building. When you get into the apartment it is clean, spacious and modern with all the conveniences without destroying the feeling of authenticity..Out your widow you can watch the city madness and fun without having to leave the warmth of your apartment. Love this place so much I extended my stay AGAIN.

Stayed in this cozy one-bedroom apartment in a good area of Tbilisi — and was more than satisfied! The apartment is clean, bright and fully corresponds with the description. The area is very convenient with lots of great cafes, grocery stores and all the essentials for a comfortable stay nearby. Separately, I want to thank the host — very attentive, responsive and punctual. I was always in touch, quickly answered all questions and did everything to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Feel free to recommend this place — a great option for both a short trip and a longer stay. I would love to come back here again!

Second time staying with Eter, and another fantastic experience. The apartment is spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Eter is always very kind and considerate and checks in to make sure everything is ok while you are there. Highly recommend this Airbnb for a stay in Tbilisi - many shops to choose from nearby and great location for exploring the city with metro and bus stops very close.
