Very charming and authentic place. This apartment is for you if you want to feel like a Tbilisi-resident and not just a tourist. Be ware that the apartment is located in a lively neighbourhood, and there can be some noise during the evening/night. But it really all adds to the charm of the place, and nothing beats sitting on the balcony in the evening. Communication with Tsotne was great. Would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful interiors and very comfortable space. Only drawback is the noise from the traffic which makes use of balcony slightly marred. But the noise cannot be harmed with windows closed. Great hosts

A must stay! Located in an excellent location and close to lovely cafes, restaurants and walking distance to different sites but in a nice quiet street where you can relax in the beautiful balcony with the 3 cats. The Airbnb is absolutely beautiful and full of rustic character with beautiful antiques. The different lamps are stunning. My husband and I stayed here for a week and we experienced both the black cat and white cat Airbnb but this one as our favourite! The owners that live next door are so friendly and caring. We are expecting our first baby and they were so lovely and towards us. They even took us to the local market for fresh products which we loved and was a highlight to our trip. The homemade wine is very good and would highly recommend it! We miss being there and drinking our morning coffee on the balcony or just simply relaxing. We will definitely be back with our baby and would 100% recommend this place 💖

Ev anlatıldığı gibiydi çok güzel bir evdi memnun kaldık. 4 kişiydik bize yeterli oldu iki banyosu olması avantajdı. Sadece dedektör hakkında bir sıkıntı yaşadık. O da ev sahibiyle ilgili bir sorun değildi. Ev sahibi yardımcı oldu ve çözmemiz için talimatlar verdi. Yine tiflise gelsem yine bu evde kalırdım.

We had a fantastic 5-day stay in this charming and authentic apartment, full of character, in the heart of Tbilisi’s historic district. The location is ideal—central but intimate, with all attractions within walking distance.

Vakho is a very responsive host. He was extremely helpful with the check-in and check-out. He even helped me with my luggage. The apartment is nicely located on the main road and you can walk up to important places. It's a bit small but furnished with all amenities and good enough for one person. Overall good experience.

Local community, great host , always willing to answer all the questions of yours . The only small problem is sometime you have to try serval times to turn on the water heater but it’s not big deal for me . It’s very good for price, thank you Geno( and he indeed speak great English ).

Все было замечательно. В студии были все необходимые вещи( стиральный порошок, зонтик, кофе и многое другое). Рядом много ресторанов, магазинов и кофейнь. Жилье чистое. Отличное соотношение цены/качества

Wow! This place was amazing! We stayed here for a few nights and loved it. Nina was a responsive and friendly host and our place was located right in the center of old tblisi and had a beautiful view!

Great location for this appartment very well maintained! Despite it is in the heart of the old city, close to everything needed, it is incredibly quiet! (Except for the noise from the neighbors upstairs. Not bothering so much though). It was great to have our breakfasts on the terasse in the morning, with the great weather of this early June. Shade. Quietness. (And no mosquitos). The entrance/patio could be better organized/tidied for an added value though. Thanks again to Mariam and her mom for making our stay so enjoyable. Our advise: "Luca polare", not so far, for delicious croissants and/or ice creams. ;)

We had a great stay at Lasha's place. The hosts were pro-active in their communication and very caring. They were very hospitable and flexible to support us during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at Lasha's place if you want a home in Tbilisi to feel very comfortable in while exploring the city.

Проживание в квартире Гия оставила только приятные и самые положительные впечатления. Из окон открывается потрясающий панорамный вид на горы. Атмосфера спокойная и вдохновляющая, идеально подходит для отдыха. Квартира чистая, уютная, со всеми необходимыми удобствами, и с бытовой техникой. Район очень тихий но при этом всё рядом – магазины, кафе, городской транспорт. Хозяин квартиры Гия, очень доброжелательный человек, и всегда был на связи. Спасибо вам за радушный прием! Обязательно вернёмся снова и снова.

Nino's appartment is spacious, airy,exctremely comfortable and beautifully designed.There are two balconies,one facing the tranquil back garden,which has beautiful tall trees and where you can sit and listen to birds singing and enjoy the sun,and another facing the picturesque old Tbilisi street.The beds are very comfortable,everything was sparkling clean,the kitchen is equipped perfectly for cooking any meals.Nino and her husband were so helpful right from the start,helping us with our heavy suitcases and welcoming us with amazing Georgian wine and treats.The area is the heart of old Tbilisi and right in the center of town.Nearby are all kinds of shops and restaurants,and the famous Tbilisi funicular is 10 min walk from the flat.Very comfortable location if you are new to Tbilisi and perfect spot to explore from.We are very grateful to our fantastic hosts for welcoming us and letting us stay in that beautiful flat.

We loved our stay at Sofie's place. It was very comfortable and has a great feel to it. The street can be a bit noisy at night, to be expected with the central location, yet the apartment was really relaxing and peaceful. So nice to come back to after a day exploring. The balcony is lovely and a great spot for a morning coffee or evening drink. The location is fantastic and there are plenty of good restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Sofie is lovely to communicate with - always friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this AirBnB. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us Sofie! We hope to be back.

Жилье очень понравилось. Очень чисто, есть все необходимое для проживания. Всё продумано до мелочей. Улица тихая, рядом метро, автобусная остановка. Все вопросы Майя решает оперативно. Если буду в Тбилиси, то остановлюсь в этом доме. Рекомендую.

The apartment has a magnificent view from the rooftop, is stylish and cozy and has everything you need (including a working space, with a chair and monitor). We enjoyed our stay and Samuel is a great host, who responded quickly and proactively. Recommend and definitely would come again!

Каартира расположена в старом доме, на 4 этаже. За счет мощных деревьев, растущих вдоль улицы, ощущение что ты находишься в лесу. Это район Вере, где много приятных кафешек и ресторанов. Если нужен старый город, то лучше снять поближе к нему. Но меня старый город не прельстил, там шумно и нет зелени. Хороший матрас и подушки. Классно, что мансардные окна открываются. Думаю летом там наверху может быть жарко, но есть кондиционер. Мы не включали. На четвертый этаж подъем по довольно крутой лестнице.

We loved our stay! The apartment is super well equipped, the view is amazing and location is also well connected. Tamara was also super kind and made sure that we could check in and out flexibly, which made our travels so much more convenient! Thank you again! Very friendly and helpful host. He even left me complimentary Georgian wine which was very tasty. For Digital Nomads, internet connection is stable and fast. The bed is very comfortable. I would stay again.
