excellent apartment and owner. fully corresponds to the photo. the location is good, not noisy. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious gifts that were waiting for us inside the apartment. The Wi-fi was stable and fast , I recommend. A special big thank you is that we were able to stop by much earlier than the usual time for check-in.

The place was in the middle of old buildings which is rather atmospheric, goid to walk towards the Tbilisi fabrica, which is also a very attractive place especially for young people. On a walking distance from David Agbashenebeli street, wich is one of the main streets to walk.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming, antique-style house! The place is beautifully decorated and full of character, making it a unique and cozy experience. Irma is an absolutely amazing host , so warm, friendly, and helpful. She even brought us fresh homemade hachapuri, which was incredibly delicious and such a kind gesture. Irma went above and beyond to help us, even meeting us to guide us to the house and helping with our luggage. The home had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is impressively equipped—easily set up to host 10 guests at once! The location is perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

정말 아름다운 거리에, 정말 아름다운 숙소였습니다. 특히 침대가 너무 편해서 많이 돌아다녔음에도 피로가 확 풀렸어요. 수건도 교체가 가능했고요. 무엇보다도 숙소의 위치가 근처에 맛집도 많고, 까르푸(대형마트)도 3분 거리에 있어서 너무너무 좋았어요. 성삼위일체 성당도 볼 수 있었고, 집 밖 옥상에서 앉아서 커피나 차도 한 잔해도 좋은 장소도 있고, 므츠민다 공원뷰도 이뻤습니다. ( 다만 숙소 위치가 4층인데 계단만 있어서 어르신이나 몸이 힘드신 분은 힘드실 수도 있어요! ) p.s. 체크아웃 후에 짐 맡아주십니다 :)

Appartement totalement fidèle à l’annonce. Giorgi est très réactif. Les instructions étaient très claires et ont facilités notre arrivée à l’appartement. L’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire et bien plus encore avec le lave vaisselle et le lave linge. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement. L’appartement est cosy et bien équipé. La literie est très satisfaisante. Il y fait bien chaud, on s’y sent comme à la maison. L’appartement donne sur un axe de communication important, si vous avez le sommeil léger cela pourrait être un inconvénient ce qui n’était pas notre cas. Au pied de la porte d’entrée de la résidence se trouve un magasin carrefour ce qui est très confortable au quotidien ainsi qu’une banque pouvant faire du change si besoin. Je recommande fortement. A coup sûr si nous revenons à Tbilissi c’est chez Giorgi que nous logerons à nouveau. Merci beaucoup!!

второй год снимаю для мамы, когда она приезжает. всё устраивает. если возникают сложности, а это было только один раз с интернетом, то хозяйка делает всё, чтобы это решить максимально быстро

It would be precisely where I would want to be in my future visits to Tblisi. Kakha was very courteous and helpful. Nice view of mountain range from balcony. Convenient food stores connected to building. All new buildings in community. Very clean and safe environment.

Є все для комфортного перебування, господар був дуже ввічливим , завжди був на звʼязку , коли зʼявлялись якісь питання.

J’ai passé un peu plus de deux mois, parfait dans ce logement, à tout moment l’hôte était joignable et très réactif pour répondre à mes questions au besoin au niveau du logement, cela correspondait parfaitement à mes attentes il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Très bien rangé, très propre et spacieux correspond à la description. Je recommande. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leurs gentillesse

Beautiful home, amazing host and prime location is what could sum up our stay. Nino has been such a lovely person, very responsive, and she was kind to allow us to do an early check in due to our flight schedule. The house is cozy, and felt right at home. Nino and her husband were always available for any help we needed. If I get a chance to visit Tbilisi, this will be my stay. The house is equipped with all the amenities, and brilliant interiors. It is walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. A clear 10/10 and highly recommended. Thank you Nino, for hosting us, and making our stay memorable.

This is becoming my go to apartment when in Tibilisi. The real authentic experience which isn't easy to find in a tourist driven area. love the old building. When you get into the apartment it is clean, spacious and modern with all the conveniences without destroying the feeling of authenticity..Out your widow you can watch the city madness and fun without having to leave the warmth of your apartment. Love this place so much I extended my stay AGAIN.

The appartment is so nice and clean, the owner is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended. If there’s a chance to go back again in Georgia definitely we will stay again in this appartment.

Ich habe diese Wohnung für zehn Tage gemietet und es war einfach großartig! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl und entspannt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Gastgeber war äußerst höflich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Bei jeder Frage oder Anliegen hat er sofort reagiert und unterstützt. Das hat die ganze Erfahrung noch angenehmer gemacht. Ich bin mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und kann dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wer eine saubere, ruhige und komfortable Unterkunft in Tiflis sucht, ist hier genau richtig!

Spacious apartment, great for a family. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, etc.

Мы снимали квартиру на месяц. У нас не было никаких проблем с общением, все вопросы решались очень быстро. Из очевидных плюсов: есть все необходимое, даже посудомоечная машина и рабочее место. Квартира просторная, светлая, в супер районе. Из особенностей: квартира в старом доме, есть недостатки в ремонте, которых не видно на фото, но нас это не беспокоило. В ванной может быть не очень приятный запах из сточной трубы, но с ним справляется вытяжка. Кондиционер работает в большой комнате, в спальне в сильную жару может быть немного душно. Чтобы в душе был сильный напор горячей воды, нужно включать в розетку насос на кухне. Очень много тарелок. Но почти вся посуда не предназначена для разогрева в микроволновой печи кроме одной глубокой керамической миски. Просто есть ряд нюансов, на которые тяжело не обратить внимание. В целом мы остались очень довольны проведенным временем в Тбилиси и выбором квартиры.

I am absolutely amazed by this loft. Every single detail—it’s like a museum where you want to see and read everything. If you want something extraordinary, this is the place to go. Also, yes to Coby’s book! I was pleasantly surprised.

Было очень приятно находиться в таких интересно спроектированных апартаментах с обилием дерева, картин и аутентичных вещей. Я отлично провела время в таком уютном и эстетически приятном месте. Общение с Димитрием было превосходным. Я буду скучать по этому дому. 🤗

Second time staying with Eter, and another fantastic experience. The apartment is spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Eter is always very kind and considerate and checks in to make sure everything is ok while you are there. Highly recommend this Airbnb for a stay in Tbilisi - many shops to choose from nearby and great location for exploring the city with metro and bus stops very close.
