I stayed here for a whole month and loved it. Thank you so much to my hosts who were super responsive and helpful all the time. A beautiful home within a quiet private area but close to all the central action. Strong wi-fi so a great place for remote workers too. Xx

Olga is a fabulous host, and she deserves all the good ratings she got. The apartment has everything you will need for a few days or more in Tbilisi. The location is good, and everything is within walking distance (or, if you don't like to explore the city on foot, you can jump into a bus that stops a few meters from the apartment). I had a few problems because of the current COVID-19 epidemic (my flight got canceled two times), and Olga was very understanding and even offered to send me my money back by bank transfer because I wasn't able to cancel my booking. Fortunately, I decided to still stay in Tbilisi for a week, and therefore I was able to relax in Olga's apartment for a few days.

Mr.Geno's place met all our expectations. Locationwise it was in the heart of Tbilisi andfantastic, in walkable distance to all historical places, restaurants, cafes, bazaars. All amenities were available at house as described, even more Mr. Geno and Ms. Ineza immediately provided our additional requests. Kithen was very useful for cooking. Beds were comfortable. Wifi signal was more than enough. We had an amazing time due to Ms.Geno's hospitality. We will definitely prefer to stay at Mr.Geno's house in our nex visit..

Very friendly host: always ready to help and provide the necessary information. Convenient location: there are many shops, bakeries nearby, you can walk to Rustaveli in 10 minutes. Among the disadvantages: the Internet is constantly fluffy (not suitable for work), the general tiredness of interior decor and furniture, which, however, is balanced by the price.

Lived for a month, I really liked everything, a cozy yard and a nice warm house. Friendly host Harry has done a lot for us. I recommend to everyone!

Plus apartments: chic location, incredible view from terrace, apartment as described. A great option to stay for a few days. Cons: the terrace is a passageway, constantly scorching neighbors or staff, poor soundproofing, you can hear the elevator and conversations on the stairwell. In general, the pros compensate for the disadvantages, we were very satisfied with the accommodation!

i had an amazing stay at this cozy city center apartment! The location couldn't be more perfect - right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the main attractions and great restaurants. The apartment itself was beautifully designed and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail really stood out, from the tasteful decor to the thoughtful amenities provided. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights of my stay was the host's responsiveness. They were always quick to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic experience. Their local recommendations were spot on and added an extra layer of enjoyment to my trip.

We stayed in there for 4 nights and the place is very close to the City center. İn addition, the inside of the facility was very secure. There are many employees around that you can ask for help. Thanks for everything

This amazing, very vertical hotel is located in a narrow alley next to the old housing stock. The incredible warmth of this place is combined with a good level of comfort: there was air conditioning and a refrigerator in the room, as well as high-speed internet. There seems to be a musician living in the house opposite, and sometimes you can hear beautiful music merging with the sounds of the alley from the window. I'm incredibly glad, the situation that a small part of my life went here, it was filled with beauty, thank you very much to the host George!

I've stayed for 5 days in November. The room is warm enough. The room is in an old village house. entrance is old but the room is renovated, cosy and comfortable. I could reach to Lia an her mom as I need help. the location is in the middle of Fabrika and Old town. Approxiamately 25 minutes by walking to each side. Walking ways are also worth to see, Because of being touristic. 4 minutes by walking to Rustaveli metro station. It was an economical and good choice for me. I felt comforted. I recommend the place.

Tata is such a thoughtful host and made our stay in Tbilisi perfect! The apartment is part of her fashion HQ and has been decorated perfectly. It is just a short walk to Liberty Square and then onto the old town. Just a great location and very comfortable. Thank Tata!

Excellent place for a few days of stay in Tbilisi...with everything necessary. Conveniently location close to downtown. Recommended

We arrived at Zaze before the year. This is a large private house, we were placed in a spacious living room with 2 beds + a large bed. In the living room on the table, we had a greeting from the hosts wine, chacha, fruit, fruit and sweets. Very pleasant, we tired of the road had a bite to eat and went to sleep in the white beds. The host of Zaza and Nino are very kind and attentive hosts, the people of the Orthodox faith for all our desires were responsive, helping and organizing our leisure time in every way possible. We really appreciate these people so much, during their stay. We will remember and we will definitely visit them again if we are in Tbilisi!

Its one of the rare finds that actually match the description. Everything is clean and in great condition, it is a place where you'd want to stay more. Lots of natural light, heating works well. Thank you kindly!
