Great place to stay in Reno with ample room for our family. Kitchen is well stocked. We felt right at home with all the amenities. The location is close to midtown and downtown area. We will be staying again on our future visits to Tahoe/Reno.

Stayed here for a cycling event. Location was perfect. Very much appreciated the WiFi as I had to work one day during our stay. Also appreciated the updated kitchen appliances and just general updated condition of the place. It was a comfortable place to stay for our purposes. Other things I appreciated were the motion activated lights at the stairs (of which there are a lot of- stairs I mean) which were very useful at night, the comfortable couch and of course the friendly and responsive hosts.

The place was as described and looked like the pictures. Erica was very responsive to questions we had. The unit also had some extra bathroom amenities like eye makeup remover and Q-tips besides your usual shampoo/conditioner and body wash. They also gave a small s’more’s package. The kitchen had standard supplies but had some plastic dining ware that we were able to use for the kids. They also had a toy and book basket with games that my kids loved. Very family friendly. The location is a little farther from the ski lifts but completely walkable and in the village. We would definitely stay here again!

Apartment was nice and had everything we needed and I've never stayed so close to the mountain that I could just walk a few steps to the lift. Loved the hot tub. It was empty in the afternoon after our day of Spring skiing. What a treat!

Nice quiet neighborhood, and it’s within a few blocks of lots of things to do (bars, restaurants, etc.). Great backyard with firepit backs up to charming historic stone cottage. Comfy furnishings. Everything feels modern but they kept around some elements of the original vintage charm in the kitchen. Would stay again!

Jamie was very easy to co-ordinate with. The house is super close to a beautiful, secluded beach. My friends and I had a great time.

Our stay at the Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The home was comfortable making it a joy to return to after our daily adventures. Everything was spotless clean, and a peaceful atmosphere made for a truly relaxing getaway. I was especially thrilled with the river being just outside the house, which set a relaxing atmosphere. We especially appreciated how kid-friendly the space was; it really made traveling with our little ones so much easier. Highly recommend this Airbnb and to anyone just looking for a peaceful and kid-friendly getaway. The Hosts were amazing as well as very responsive and offered an early check in and late check out. We had a terrific stay at 130 Bearing Rd, Tahoe City. The house has been there for many years and its classic Tahoe. We brought our kids (36&31), a sibling and grandson (2) so this was a very convenient for us to all stay together. We walked the neighborhood 1/2 mile everyday as well as visited the private beach area (shorter walk). Bring a large inner tube so you can enjoy the water. Everyone enjoyed the peace, quiet and lazy days. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in.

This beautifully remodeled unit in NorthStar at Tahoe feels like home. Thoughtfully decorated, it offers a warm, inviting atmosphere. The well-appointed kitchen has everything needed for the family chef, seamlessly connecting to the dining and family rooms for quality time together. The cozy living room features ample seating, a gas fireplace, and stunning snow-capped hillside views. A quaint balcony with a bistro table is perfect for coffee, wine, or simply enjoying the scenery. Bedrooms are tastefully decorated with plush mattresses, soft linens, and fresh pillows. A stocked laundry area with new machines keeps up with outdoor adventures. Thoughtful details and communicative hosts made this our most memorable vacation rental. Very cozy and beautiful spot! Definitely great for winter cabin vibes. The living room has large windows/doors with a beautiful view outside which is especially wonderful while snowing. The kitchen is very new and modern, had all we needed. Hosts were very responsive, beds and furniture very comfy, and the sauna and hot tub were perfect! Hot tub was even hot and ready for us to use upon our late night arrival. We want to come back and see what it’s like in the summertime!

Nice, clean place with very cute mountain vibes. Stayed at this place because of its proximity to Palisades. Location uses an app called Mountaineer which is a free ride service to get to Palisades so you do not have to worry about driving and parking there yourself. Patricia was very responsive whenever I messaged her and answered any questions I had.

Super close to kings beach and there’s a really nice town with a bunch of restaurants! The host was great at communicating! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Cozy condo perfect for a quick ski trip to Heavenly. Could have walked to the lift but we drove and it only took a few minutes. Nick is an excellent host, always communicative and helpful.

Very nice, clean and spacious place. Great for our family of four. The mattress are very hard, which we live! Walkable to shopping and restaurants. However, no public beach in incline village.

We went up from Tuesday through Friday (end of May)and very little people around, had the private beach all to ourselves almost the entire time. It was so peaceful and quiet and the best part is that it is a short 3 minute walk. The weather was perfect, we rented electric bikes and rode all the trails taking in all the beautiful scenery and views. Delores does have bikes available there as well. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Thank you Dolores ☺️

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Airbnb in the Tahoe area. The place is pretty new and we feel right at home. Everything feels clean and comfortable. The host is great and communicated very well and also was very accommodating. Would recommend

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really stood out was the location, close to everything I needed, including great restaurants, shops, and beaches. It felt like a home away from home, and I’d absolutely stay here again. Kimberly’s place was amazing! It was beautifully decorated with all of the little touches that make you feel right at home. The place was squeaky clean and looked like it was newly renovated. We would spend our days out hiking, exploring or on the water and most days came back to enjoy dinner at the townhome. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We loved enjoying our dinner on the deck overlooking the lake. The views were amazing! It is set high in a townhome community with beautiful surroundings. Although you have townhomes right next to you, it still felt very private with a cabin in the woods feeling. The beds were so comfy, I asked Kimberly were I could purchase the sheets. We usually retired to bed a bit early to watch a movie on the large smart television in the bedroom. (Both televisions were top of the line.) We loved that Kimberly provided quality beach chairs, beach umbrella and a cooler for our use. We will definitely be back! Ten stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
