We loved our stay in Lake Tahoe. The lodge is in a great location - you can walk to a store, the lake shore and a couple of restaurants. It’s 15min drive to skiing at Palisades and close to Tahoe city. The place is very welcoming, cozy and everything was well thought out. Comfortable beds, clean and a perfect base for our trip. Mid April turned out to be great time to come for skiing and hikes that took us through snow! The only thing we missed was a washing machine, as this stay was part of a longer trip, however there’s a laundry in Tahoe city that will wash and fold to pick up the next day. Ashley was a super helpful and responsive host, thank you. Thank you for your hospitality Susan & Jeff and the good bottle of wine. We had a great time.

Diane was an amazing host—responsive, welcoming, and made sure we felt right at home. The location is perfect, just a short drive from all the popular shopping areas and great breakfast spots. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lake Tahoe—you won't be disappointed!

This place is great! Sleeps a lot and has two floors and several rooms. It’s a great value and it’s in a great location. There are a million things to do nearby and the value is amazing for the area, especially considering proximity to the lake and the guest parking. The inside is nice and the amenities are just as advertised. I would definitely recommend and stay here again next time we have a big group in North Lake Tahoe.

I stayed at this lovely home when I was in Truckee for a wedding and it was perfect for my stay. The home was clean and cozy with clear instructions for everything. It is well stocked with plenty of kitchenware, towels, extra blankets, and more. The layout and location were ideal and in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a big driveway and a garage you can park in. Sean was easy to communicate with and responsive. I didn't need to reach out to him, but it was nice to know he would be available. I would easily stay here again the next time I am up in the Truckee area.

Cindy place was amazing! It’s located right next to the Hyatt which we did not take advance of (but wish we did)! It was very easy to get to Mt. Rose to ski every day. The place was very clean, and it had cable tv. We totally want to come back here next year for New Years and hope they will host us again!

We had a wonderful time staying here for our family weekend getaway! Host was timely and consistent in responses with a ready-made guide to local attractions, resources, and clear check-in/check-out instructions - never felt like I was left hanging whenever I had questions. Full view of the lake from the back deck and dining room window which is stunning, made my amateur photographer father very happy! We stayed in February and really appreciated the thoughtful winter-ready amenities like space heaters in the upstairs rooms, extra quilts, and heated mats on the walkway leading up to the front door outside. EV charging a plus as well. Parking a bit tricky with a small driveway (have to park back to front if more than one vehicle) but honestly with all the pluses, this shouldn’t be a dealbreaker. Overall a family-friendly Airbnb for kiddos and older family members alike, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Love Neals place, so serene, literally! The three bed was great for our family. The kitchen was very well stocked and the road the home is on is so sweet. In the winter, be prepared for snow for the ski bunnies! Soda springs is at the highest elevation… We came looking for snow and found it. I bet the lake in the summer is gorgeous too. I can only say that we loved this place so much, we decided to extend our stay! Incredible cozy home, for day and night activities. Amazing location, w/ private access to a dock (the silence and the views are breathtaking!) and walking distance to a really good market. Also, 15min to the slopes and good river hikes. What else can you ask for? We can’t wait to be back!

We had such a great time at this home and has the cozy cabin vibes you want in Tahoe. The layout is great families and really has everything you need. The location is great between Kings Beach / Sunnyside and it was easy to get to everything. Although a little dated, the house is very cozy and is perfect for Tahoe weekend! We would definitely rent this house again!

This was a great place. I stayed here for 4 nights and was just at peace with the endless view of pine trees in the backyard and lake view from the road ahead by the front of the house. Close to lake, ski/board and groceries and restaurents. 10/10 recommend to anyone. Our dog loved it too!

Jennifer’s home is located in a perfect spot of South Lake Tahoe. The location is just minutes from Heavenly Village, and is in walking distance to the lake, grocery stores and restaurants. Upon arrival Jennifer gave excellent instructions for the home, as well as answered all the questions we had. The home itself was beautiful, clean, and gave you the cabin like feel to it. I would recommend Jennifer’s home to all looking to have a pleasant stay in South Lake Tahoe 5/5 stars will definitely be staying again

We have been going to Tahoe for over 25 years, and this was it! Beach a short walk, food and stores a short walk. Place was cozy! My family enjoyed the pool and spa. It was a bummer they closed it down the last 2 days for repairs, but we enjoyed it the first few days. Staff were friendly and overall, we really enjoyed our experience. Thank you for the amazing vacation. My daughter’s had a blast!

Loved the area - it’s right off of Lake Tahoe and during the wintertime, the lake was amazing during sunset. Location is decently close to a couple of big resorts and the overall space was pretty roomy. Place is two floors and could probably fit two couples.

A swimming pool with a curved design is surrounded by landscaped greenery. Several green umbrellas provide shade over lounge chairs set around the pool area. The sunlit water reflects a clear blue hue against the stone-paved deck.

Great townhouse at the Tahoe Lake front with amazing view. It was a bit tricky to find at first after parking. Very well stocked house. Kitchen is so nice that it felt like at home. The only thing is the knifes are too dull (even after I tried to sharpen them) :) Safeway and plenty restaurants nearby. It was very easy to figure out what to eat. Jimmy was very responsive, when we accidentally locked outs of the first floor bathroom he came by in 5 minutes with several keys to open it.

The location is perfect, you can see the mountains and the lake while sitting on the couch. The place is huge, there was so much room for all of us. We could easily pop down to the beach in seconds. The place also came fully loaded with everything you need. One really awesome thing about this place was the beds! They were all so comfortable! I couldn’t believe it. So often rentals cheap out on the beds but this place was so awesome, so nice to actually get a good nights rest. The downsides: the place itself is pretty old. The heat circulation was pretty bad, the house is very creaky, and you could hear everything, it’s pretty outdated and the slider to the back patio NEEDS to be replaced. But all of that is not too bad and would not stop me from renting again. Kevin also gave us an early checkin which was super nice of him!
