Very nice cottage, with beautiful sunsets and a terrace overlooking the deaf. The cottage is well-equipped, although there are no towels, so it's a good idea to take it out of the house.

The cottage is practical and pleasantly furnished. Throughout the cottage there are brackets where you can hang your belongings, also in the bathroom. That is very pleasant! The second toilet upstairs is also very pleasant. It's nice and cool downstairs, even when it's hot outside. The cottage is furnished with care and therefore very cozy. Highly recommended!

Our stay was amazing from the arrival, we were welcomed by a pleasant and helpful gentleman, he showed us around the house, recommended some activities and places, we loved the stay, beautiful house, fully equipped in a quiet location, an ideal place to spend a quiet weekend or more days, we have nothing to complain about and we can only recommend the MASØN house.

This place was out of this world. I am incredibly grateful that I was able to be there – that's where my new life began.

The house was clean and well-maintained. A big advantage was the grill and the terrace. There were a few things we would improve, but overall we can recommend a cottage with a clear conscience😊

A cottage in a great location, peace and quiet. Close to a stocked store and trails. Spacious rooms. Very well-equipped kitchen. I can honestly recommend.

We drove with a group of 9 people and were looking for a quiet place where we all get in and we won't disturb anyone. This is exactly what happened to us and everything was absolutely perfect. Great located right next to the lift , with a beautiful view and in close proximity there was only tall grass in the hill so we didn't disturb anyone and no one disturbed us either. The place was beautiful and modern, and we especially appreciated the outdoor grill available . We'll be sure to come back because this place was just what my friends and I were looking for. Also, the communication with the host was great and fast, so there was no problem.

We had a wonderful time and Alice was extremely nice and easy to reach. Accommodation was very clean and modern, we enjoyed the view and felt a bit like we were in a tree house!

This is an absolutely perfect place for a skier! 100-150m to ski lifts. A nice stay overall.

We were there in April for a hiking vacation. The location of the house is really great, right by the forest overlooking the rocks. The highlights of the region such as Adersbacher Felsen, Teplicer Felsenstadt, Bischofstein Castle Ruins are within walking distance. You practically do not need a car. Interesting for winter vacationers: location directly on the ski slope. In the village, there are several good restaurants which were already open in the pre-season. Small grocery stores are also on site. The house is cozy and spacious, the beds are comfortable. Large beautiful fireplace, wood was sufficiently provided by the landlord. The host is very helpful and friendly and gave us many helpful tips. It would have been nice if there had been a little more space in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets to accommodate our own utensils, which were quite crowded. Although the sanitary facilities were all functional, they could be renewed. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Very beautiful, clean and modern apartment with a nice view on the terrace. The ski bus stop can be seen from the window (right across the river from the apartment). At night, it's quiet and the river gently buzzes to sleep. The only thing I would say is a driveway that is difficult to maintain and slip in winter, but what else to expect is we are in the mountains. For everyone else, I highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay, perfect location for Cerna Hora. Jaroslav is a great host, super helpful, flexible and quick to respond. The apartment is well equipped, everything you'd need for a week's stay. It was 5 of us, 2 kids and 3 adults and it was spacious and comfortable for all. Definitely recommended for your next stay in Janske Lazne/Pec area!

Beautiful house and we really enjoyed staying there !

Malgorzata and her husband are very warm hosts. The duplex apartment is warmly furnished and quietly located. The adjacent garden, which we were able to use privately, is huge and offers all kinds of opportunities to relax and play. The surrounding area is also beautiful. Right from the property, there are great hiking trails.

Great location of the apartment, the place matched the description and photos, perfect cleanliness, well-equipped kitchen. Perhaps just the sofa bed was less comfortable, but everything else fully replaced it.

We felt well accommodated here over New Year's Eve. With two fear dogs the perfect escape from the noisy city! The cabin was totally quaint and cozy - the oven provided the necessary warmth in the cold season. If you can do something with simplicity and closeness to nature, you will be able to enjoy the accommodation very much. In addition, the intimate farm dog of Ewa accompanied us daily on a walk and showed us the way. The horses that looked into the house window from time to time were also a highlight!

The stay was absolutely great. Everything looks exactly as it appears in the photos. The kids really enjoyed the outdoor playground. The accommodation is fully equipped, we positively evaluate the outdoor grill. Beds are comfortable, private. We look forward to staying again

The house here was great! Very relaxing! Bed is good. The possibilities of making fire.. the wood for the fire, the gastank’s for the grill and stove in the kitchen.. very good taking care off! Compliments!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Great place for a quiet vacation. The cottage is newly renovated and very cozy. There are the areas of Herlíkovice and Černá hora nearby, so the ideal sign for skiing. The owner was helpful and gave advice on what to see in the area. The kids appreciated the quality internet!:)
