Great place to stay that we rented during Easter 2025. The house was beautifully clean, fully equipped with utensils for cooking, with a grill and comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for evenings together. The only thing we were missing was hand soap in the bathroom – it's a little strange that guests have to think about such small things. We still had a great stay and can definitely recommend this place! Thank you!

I booked the whole house during New Year's Eve with my friends and family. Brzozów is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, a great place for walking. The house is very well equipped, you can prepare meals, there is a dishwasher, oven, etc. Interestingly, there are no shortage of capsules, spices, and tea, as in other places. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms are as well. We'd love to come back to this place :) The owner is a great and contactable person. I recommend!

Beautiful place, well equipped. Fenced garden where we could feel free to let the kids play, nice place for fire and sausages in the evening. We highly recommend THIS DoM. The house is fully equipped, additional experiences on the property include a sauna and a banya. The perfect place for a trip with a larger group in the Owl Mountains. Direct trail to the Great Owl about 2 km from the house. The car can be parked for the whole weekend, walking distance to shops and restaurants in the nearby town of Sokolec. The atmospheric porch overlooking the garden was our favorite place to spend evenings. Efficient and quick communication with the host. Thank you for your hospitality.

Cozy, comfortable cottage . Well organised kitchen with all needed supplies. Comfortable, big beds. Our kids enjoyed the outside play ground and we have spend evenings outside in covered patio. House ready to easy accommodate 10 people, we have spend few days with 6 adults, 3 kids and dog. Peacefull village, close to polish boarder so you can easily visit and enjoy both countries. Communicative and responsive host, we have been warmly welcomed in the house.

It was a beautiful house with lots of great possibilities! From the pool to the fire pit! The only small flaw was the septic tank, which unfortunately had a very strong smell up to the terrace.

Everything was absolutely amazing, perfect stay for hiking in the Carpathians. We kinda overlooked that we needed to bring toilet paper and towels, other than that it was absolutely great!

I'm happy to rate your stay with Karla. The apartment is primarily clean even in details like clean and sparkling kitchen equipment. The place had everything you needed for a short trip, including a hair dryer, a clothes dryer, an iron, and useful kitchen equipment. Contact with Karla was good and friendly. A place to stay for a long time.

The stay was great, very welcoming, ideal for a family, and self check-in helps a lot for people like us who come from far away and have no expected arrival time. A wonderful place, it seems to take from a movie, a lot of peace, a super quiet area, a beautiful landscape and for those who come with the initial idea of getting to know the capital like us, will not regret renting in this area because it is also very beautiful.

We stayed with 2 children between Christmas and New Year's Eve and would have liked to stay longer. We found everything as it is described and we really didn't miss anything. The accommodation is in the mountains, above Kudowa-Zdrój. Perfect for those who want it quiet and cozy. The nature in the area is beautiful, we were lucky that it snowed a little before and a fantastic winter landscape has emerged. Perfect place, responsive and helpful host

We had the opportunity to spend an unforgettable birthday weekend here with 10 people and from the first moment we all unanimously fell in love with this unique place! The property is located in a beautiful, quiet area, where you can really take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Every detail of the home has been carefully thought out and planned - the interior finish delights with high quality materials and attention to detail, and the furnishings are complete and meet all the needs of guests. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and decorated with true taste, offering luxurious conditions for everyone. An additional advantage is the very nice Agata, who was there to help at every step, patiently answering all our questions. Her kindness and professional approach made us feel at home. We are absolutely convinced that this was not our last stay in this magical place - we will definitely come back here

Martina is a great host who makes sure to give detailed instructions on the checking in and use of this Airbnb. The location is wonderful as it is very private and away from towns or other houses. There's so many things to say about the house which is very old however it is exactly as described in the description. It really feels like a great novelty staying in this house as it feels like a experience you would not get with other Airbnbs. You must heat the house with firewood in a fireplace and use very old keys to lock the doors as well as use a compost toilet. It is quite an adventure as the surrounding area is close to Ardspach and Skybridge 721 which are fun places to go to if you don't mind trying to speak some Czech with some of the locals there. However for Martina and my experience I give it 5/5, and highly recommend to everyone.

A wonderful tree house, especially the tranquility of the forest and the chirping of the birds. The house is modernly decorated, chic and yet cozy. The fact that another tree house is being built next door did not bother me, because since the house is very well insulated, no noise could be heard. Hearing the rain on the roof in the bedroom was a wonderful experience. In the area, I could enjoy the forest and the view over the mountains. In the small town you can shop without problems and it is within walking distance. The forests and small rivers nearby are really beautiful. A great break and you don't have to do without anything. Great!
