There are shopping opportunities in the area. Nice apartment as described. In the area of Nowa Ruda Slupiec / Klodzko you can do some business. Nature, mountains, bike tour, sights & Co. I chose the house because we have three children, two of whom are under 2 years old. So it's quite complicated to find a place where it will be safe and quiet, the stay will not turn into a horror. And this place was great. Peace and quiet, we didn't really know about the world around us. The equipment was exactly what we needed: a high chair, cots (specially prepared bedding and towels only for the baby), a lot of cool quality toys resistant to "active use by an energetic child😅" (so we didn't have to drag hundreds of km with us). In front of the house, there is a trampoline, a slide with a swing, so the kids had fun and the adults could relax. We could also have a bonfire, and when the children fell asleep, we could have a romantic hour by the fireplace in the garden house. The perfect place to spend time away from the hustle and bustle of civilization, close to interesting tourist spots and, above all, ideal for families with children👍

Everything was great! The apartment is modern and cozy, very clean, bright and quiet. It has everything you need. For coffee drinkers, there is even a portafilter machine. The location is a great base for exploring the beautiful area. We liked it very much and would recommend this place with its friendly helpful hosts.

We are enchanted by both the beautiful surroundings and the place. A lovely Host has told you everything and showed you where to shop, eat in the area. The place itself - great, nicely decorated, as described:), parking space 2 steps from the door (huge plus if you have bigger luggage or children:) The neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful, a few steps up and you are at the historic church (it doesn't bother you, the bells ring rarely and fairly quiet, even for people with trouble falling asleep it shouldn't be a problem), a few steps down and you're at a bakery/ pastry shop, grocery stores, etc. You'll walk a few meters-you can enjoy a beautiful panorama, mountain views, and a nearby castle, or relax on a square with a beautiful backlit fountain. There are a lot of grocery stores and more in the area, both small/ local and larger ( dino, ladybug). Everything is within walking distance, about 10 minutes (at 3 years:)) large playground, skate park.

A great place to stay for a few days or two-week holidays. Very cozy apartment and very well equipped. Located a few steps from the park, so great air, birds singing, and proximity to nature is an added bonus. Tea or breakfast on the large balcony worth recommending! This apartment has some unique warmth that positively affects family time, talking at a large table, or evenings by the board games that were there, but we also had our own. Very kind, warm, and quick contact. Thank you so much for your kind, memorable time. Will definitely be back!

The apartment was nice, clean, newly renovated. It's right next to the spa park, great place. There was no problem.

An amazing place in beautiful Karpniki. Wonderful area for hiking, I know the Giant Mountains quite well, but the pleasure of hiking in Rudawa is indescribable. Terrain with a tremendous history! The mill itself is lovingly restored, you can see that the owners have put a lot of effort into it! Clean, well-maintained, with atmospheric extras! Breathtaking view from every window! Fully fenced area, which was important to us due to the fearful dog. And if the dog could, it would stay on the property. You'll receive clear check-in instructions from hosts, plus lots of interesting facts to explore in the area right away, which is super helpful for visitors to this region for the first time. Enough to say we'll be back 100%!!

Beautiful apartment in beautiful location! We arrived by public transport (bus from Bystrzyca Kłodzka). The stream is right outside with a lovely (public) place to sit. Hiking routes nearby are stunning and varied, relatively quiet even in July. We left a map for others to use. The apartment feels very private and quiet, even though there are other people in the house with a shared main entrance. Beautiful original features inside and everything you need, except a coffee machine/moka/cafetiere - bring your own!

A very comfortable apartment perfect for our family of 5 people. Everything you needed, the apartment was very clean, comfortable beds, a nice bathroom and a kitchen. Convenient driving distance to Dusznik or Zieleniec. Nice burgers and pizza 3 minutes from the apartment in Bistro Borowina, close to Biedronka or Dino. Recommended.

We visited the apartment with two people with a large dog. The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet area next to the Stationery Museum. It's a great place to hike trails and as a base to get to nearby towns. It was very clean, the apartment is well-equipped - the kitchen, balcony living room had everything you need to relax. In addition, we received valuable tips for trails, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The apartment is spacious, I think there can be a lot more than two people staying here. Great stay - you want to come back :)

We had a nice time, unfortunately too short. Small things that were missing were submitted immediately. Unfortunately, the hot tub was broken, but sauna was great. We would come back. 😃

This was such a delightful cottage, on the ground floor below our hosts. It was even better than the photos and all of the rooms were big and well equipped with a garden area outside and separate stunning garden across the track with lots of beautiful cool seats to sit on and read in the heat of the afternoon and a BBQ area. Our hosts were lovely and we had extra generous treats from their garden. It is a 10 min walk into the village for shops and a very good restaurant. We also walked into the Stolwye mountains from there too (about 10-15km). I would highly recommend this gem.

The apartment was great — clean, modern, and exactly as described. I really enjoyed my stay. However, communication could have been better. Responses were a bit delayed and not very friendly. I also asked if early check-in was possible, but they said no, as the standard check-in time is 16:00. Overall, a good experience with the apartment itself, but communication could be improved
