Vacation rentals with lake access in Sylvan Beach

This was our second New Year’s stay at Brad’s place. It’s the perfect place to gather with friends as there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and ample space/seating in the common areas to hang out as a group. We especially appreciate the game room!

Tolus house was perfectly lovely as is Tolus. Everything was spotless clean and a lot of thought went into all the extra amenities. We felt very much at home. Tulus house has a great vibe to it. It's bright, cheerfull and comfy. Tolus is a tremendous host, responds immediately and is thoughtfully concerned that her guests e joy their stay....couldn't ask for a better host.

Place was super clean and all the essentials were provided. Plus beds were comfortable and everything worked. Will look forward to renting again. Thank You Terri for all you did. John E Huefner

My husband and I had a wonderful Stay at Ronnie’s! The house was exactly how it was described, and how it looked in the pictures. We couldn’t get enough of the beautiful backyard and we especially loved the loft, with comfy bean bag chairs and projector screen. The house was extremely clean and appointed with many amenities, including some extra thoughtful ones that weren’t even expected! Highly recommend this beautiful home, if you’re planning a trip to the area! If we ever come back, we will definitely be staying at Ronnie’s cozy cottage!

My family and I had a great time out here. The house is very cozy and the location is very quiet. We loved the lake access which has a really nice sunset. Can’t beat it for the price.

We stayed for a weekend with 4 families of 4 (8 adults, 8 kids) and had a great time in the space. Plenty of common area to hang out, and enough bedrooms. Beautiful view of the lake. Would love to stay here and reconnect with friends again!

Clean, plenty of things to do to stay busy for the weekend (hot tub, board games, arcade games, pool, TV, very comfy.

We were n town for a family funeral, but wanted to enjoy the company of extended family while in town. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Beautiful area—so conducive to reflection and yet perfectly set up for communing with family. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute and exceptionally clean apartment. Great location, walkable to attractions and restaurants. Very peaceful. Eileen was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again.

Stephanie is a great host who was always very responsive as well as friendly. The place was very clean, the backyard was a real gem for us right on the water and the place had everything you’d need. I’d definitely recommend this place (and imagine in the summer it’s really beautiful!!).

Overall an amazing stay. Beautiful home and the jacuzzi was a plus. The only thing I would say was a little bothersome was we were able to hear the neighbors upstairs but other than that it was a fantastic stay. Would highly recommend this place.

Excellent rental and great communications with Stephanie. We loved the back yard, docks, kayaks and fantastic views. Easy walk to some of the restaurants and beach area. Would certainly rent again and hope to return to Sylvan Beach during the summer months when more is open. Thank you :)

Great property! Great hosts! Lake views with a private dock for boat. We had a blast on our annual fishing !

Very happy with the entire home. Nicely updated! Beds were comfortable. All appliances seemed brand new. Will stay again if in the area. Highly recommend!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay so much here! we loved how quiet it was and how close we were to the water to be able to throw a couple fishing lines out. we loved being able to see the water from the living room sofa as well! parking was easy, and we felt comfortable and cozy the whole stay! we are looking forward to coming back sometime in the future! Awesome house! Well-equiped kitchen, great lighting and furniture. I delivered the Rome Daily Sentinel to this neighborhood during the early 1970s. So happy to see the revitalization of the lake shore, and the village. A great place to vacation, as it was to grow up. Dog- friendly home, and quiet streets to walk. Short walk to the lakeshore. A fun, secure house with quick and easy access to a lot of local attractions and adventures!

We were 2 couples that went for a snowmobiling vacation. The accommodations were as advertised. Very quiet , serene setting with a killer view over the lake. I’d like to come back in the summertime and enjoy the water. The house had everything required for our stay and the driveway and walkways were well plowed and shoveled upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice getaway in God’s country.

This place was exactly as described. It wasn’t as close to the beach as I would have liked but was a little walk. Fit our need perfectly to visit grandkids in Syracuse.

This place is wonderful. So, so beautiful. The grounds are spacious - a huge lawn that's perfect for all types of lawn games. And an incredible view of the lake and a perfect view of the sunset going down over the lake! Just an amazing location. Thank you!

This cottage fit my family of 3 perfectly. My son loved the private path right to the beach and loved riding his bike everywhere we went. I loved that you can hear the live music from the outdoor band down the street and I enjoyed the people watching with my coffee. It was slightly noisy all night long the traffic is quit loud but with the AC fan on it wasn’t as hard to handle. It was worth it for the local to everything. My son was so upset when he had to leave.
