Sylvan Beach beach vacation rentals

We were in the are for my mother in law's birthday celebration. We needed a home that could accommodate our family. There was plenty of room. Prasanna was very easy to communicate with. All in all a great stay and we would stay there again if the need arose.

Our only regret is that we didn’t have longer to enjoy the beautiful and homey apartment and absolutely breathtaking surroundings! John does such a wonderful job making sure the apartment is clean, inviting, and well stocked with everything you might need. We got a great night’s sleep in the very comfortable beds. On top of all of that, he is warm and friendly and it’s very apparent he loves being a host. Thank you, John!! We hope to have the opportunity to stay again, only for more than a quick visit next time!

We had a truly unforgettable family Easter weekend at this beautiful Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was spotless, spacious, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook our holiday meals together. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy. The kids loved the backyard and outdoor area, while the adults appreciated the peaceful views and relaxing atmosphere, next to the fire pit and the lake. We also loved how pet friendly the home was, our furry family member had a blast too! Location wise, it was ideal close enough to stores and activities, but tucked away enough to enjoy quiet time together. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind, making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate, reconnect, and make memories. Very nice home in a prime location for snowmobiling. Brian was very nice to work with and was very responsive.

This cottage provided the bedrooms and baths that we needed in addition to a beautiful view of Lake Ontario. The open floor plan included a full kitchen, a large table for dining and a living room area. We appreciated the convenient parking.

All i can say is wow, what a perfect place! My father passed and we needed somewhere for my siblings to stay together as we live all over the country....this place was spacious, serene and wonderful. Thank you for making a difficult time a little easier.

We had a fantastic stay at your home. Plenty of space for everyone and the back deck and yard were really great! Lots of comfortable and thoughtful seating areas and fun things for the kids to do. Great little touches made the stay extra comfortable like the herb garden and the awesome cooking fire pit. We loved the old charm of the interior and the kids got good use out of the piano. Ha!! It truly was a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The water was great and the kayaking were a fun activity. Thank you Tom and Annie!!

This little apartment was the perfect place for my mom and I to relax and have a lovely time in Sylvan Beach! Roomier than I expected from the pictures which was a great surprise (for some reason I imagined you had to walk through the one bedroom to get to the other- that’s not true at all! There is a separate hallway that connects the two and the one to the living room space). The location on the beach is just perfect, and a wonderful yard with multiple spaces/ uses. Chris was so responsive and helpful with anything we needed. A great host at a great place- we will definitely be looking to book again in the future!!! Only tiny downside is no full kitchen- but Chris provides a grill, toaster, microwave, and griddle. Besides, it’s vacation and there are great restaurants in town- who wants to cook on vacation anyways???
