Goudy Pond offers a place to get away from it all. Located in CNY, our cabins offer an oasis from the demands of modern life. Its tranquil natural beauty provides a place to relax and recharge. Goudy Pond is a 22 acre private lake fed by natural springs and surrounded by wilderness and acres of a wetlands teaming with wildlife. Kayaks, canoes, paddle boats are provided. Enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing. No electricity, however there are flush toilets, hot shower, propane for lights and cooking.

You will find on our 23 acre homestead farm our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house. Relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub, year around. This 4 Bedroom, 3 bath, quiet and serene family home is located on the beautiful Oneida Lake in Central NY. The home includes all accommodations for a comfortable stay (3 memory queen beds, full size futon sleeper, 2 Fold away twin size guest beds), full kitchen, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, central air conditioning, and WiFi for your convenience. The open living space is perfect for entertaining and upstairs suite allows for multiple families to stay comfortably!

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

DVD player, wet bar (not stocked), Ping pong table, Air hockey table, table for card games, double bed (4th 'bedroom') and large couch. Fire pit on property overlooking the lake.

You’ll love my place because of the quaintness, the quiet and the proximity to what Syracuse has to offer. My place is good for couples, small families, solo adventurers, people with animals, and business travelers.

ATTENTION: The last 1/2 mile down is a steep gravel road. All wheel drive vehicles are recommended. (but not necessary)
