We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting our child at Colgate University. Absolutely loved our stay! The hosts live next door and were very accommodating. The home was beautifully decorated and well appointed with cool fixtures and the most comfortable couch. They provided ground coffee, which was delicious, and the beds had great mattresses. The water pressure in the shower was not as strong as we like but everything else was perfect. The location was peaceful with beautiful views over the lake. The house is remote, but was easy to find. Can't wait to come back.

Cute and exceptionally clean apartment. Great location, walkable to attractions and restaurants. Very peaceful. Eileen was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall an amazing stay. Beautiful home and the jacuzzi was a plus. The only thing I would say was a little bothersome was we were able to hear the neighbors upstairs but other than that it was a fantastic stay. Would highly recommend this place.

We had a truly unforgettable family Easter weekend at this beautiful Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was spotless, spacious, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook our holiday meals together. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy. The kids loved the backyard and outdoor area, while the adults appreciated the peaceful views and relaxing atmosphere, next to the fire pit and the lake. We also loved how pet friendly the home was, our furry family member had a blast too! Location wise, it was ideal close enough to stores and activities, but tucked away enough to enjoy quiet time together. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind, making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate, reconnect, and make memories. This cottage is awesome-such a classic! You are truly surrounded by water on three sides. It is quiet and private. We spent most of our time on the enclosed wrap-around porch; the place is a gem!

Shaun’s inviting Home provided a wonderful place for our family to be together and share the week of my Father-in-laws Funeral services. Being on Oneida Lake with the incredible homestead and views provided endless opportunities for Birding, solace and joyful times together. Everything we needed was there and/or was easily accessible. Our family has extensive food allergies and the fully equipped Kitchen made creating gourmet meals simple. This was my initial Airbnb experience and truly was stellar, we will be returning and staying here for each NY visit in the future. I strongly recommend this peaceful escape, just minutes to shopping and adventure.

The house and setting were lovely and Kathy was a wonderful host - she was always responsive and gave helpful recommendations. The lake and outdoor setting were beautiful. The house was very clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed using the fire pit and looking at the stars. The kitchen had everything we could need. The layout of the first floor made it easy to make ourselves at home and relax - gather at the table, sit on the multiple couches to watch tv. Kathy responded immediately when we ran into an issue with the water and resolved the problem immediately. Please note the information about water usage in the "Other things to note" section of the property description, as this is accurate and something guests should be aware of.

Great spot for a small fishing trip with the guys. James was a great host. Will 100% be back next year.

We had a great stay at Troy ’s Airbnd . It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. I would book again. Troy was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. I will definitely book again .Highly recommended!

We have stayed in one of Troy's properties in the past and it was a great experience. This location did not disappoint. Beautiful view, easy beach access, spotless accommodations and hot tubs. The area in the off-season is very quiet but a few walkable restaurants were open and the Dollar General, which had everything you can think of. The property was generously stocked with everything we needed for the long weekend. I would highly recommend scooping this place up between Labor Day and Columbus Day if you can!

We love the space it's our second time staying there. you cannot beat The View

The condo is beautiful and perfect location! We liked having the beach right in the backyard and seeing the beautiful sunsets! Quick walk to everything in town. Plenty of bath and beach towels provided. My kids had a blast with the arcade game! Host is quick to respond. We would def book again at this house!
