The place is great! Very cozy spot on the water. Very neat and clean, and everything was it should be. Its set back in the neighborhood a bit, so if you want to walk into town, its a bit of a hike. Would highly recommend!

Darren's house on Oneida Lake is absolutely precious. It was very clean with lots of space in a quiet and peaceful location. Darren was very responsive and helpful. Family members commented they'd love to go back next year and stay at Darren's house again.

If you are looking for a retreat in the form of a home away from home, I highly recommend Waterfall House. The landscape, scenery, and waterfall provided a peaceful environment. The home is very well appointed, which made us feel at home and comfortable. Nice amenities. The waterfall provided a beautiful, tranquil sound that lulled us to sleep—no sound machine was needed. Plan to drive a bit for groceries and entertainment, but it's worth it. We stayed at the property for our son's graduation from Syracuse, so we had to factor in driving time. Still, it was a nice respite at the end of the day, and we enjoyed sitting near the window to watch the waterfall as we relaxed in the evening and over coffee each morning.

A comfortable and accommodating space with beautiful views of the lakes. The hosts were helpful and communicative. We knew exactly what was expected of us. Our favorite parts were: space for all staying with us, the very comfortable mattresses and the access to beautiful views greeting us morning and evening and in between. We enjoyed watching the resident ducks, geese, osprey, eagles, house sparrows while being serenaded by a song sparrow each morning. Kitchen appliances were modern and high quality. Bathrooms had attractive updated fixtures. As is not uncommon in CNY, the basement bedrooms felt a bit damp, which was helped by running the basement bathroom fan and AC fan while we were there. (The host has a dehumidifier that looks like it is probably run when guests are not using the space). The cleaning crew missed a few details before our arrival, but overall the space was acceptable and the host daily initiated reaching out to see if there was anything that needed addressed.

The house is amazing! Clean, spacious, all of the comforts of home. We stayed for a girls’ weekend and were very happy with our accommodations. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the selection of board games, the backyard with fire pit and the welcome basket with snacks. The couches, pillows, blankets and beds were so comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer than just a weekend. If we come back to the area, we would most definitely look to stay here again! Trevor and Paula were exceptional hosts who communicated with us leading up to and during our stay. Thank you so much for being so accommodating.

Loved the remote feel of the locale, yet we were within a short driving distance to towns and stores. Beautiful mountainous views from our windows. Park and waterfall just down the road. The place was super quaint, clean, well-organized and equipped with all essential items + a basket of bathroom goodies in case we forgot to pack a toiletry item. Nice big bathroom and a washer/dryer. After a long trip, a good night’s sleep is key… The king bed was comfy, but the queen bed and the beds in the twin/trundle room were not! Those mattresses definitely could use an upgrade.

We so enjoyed our stay at the George Washington Suite, a very historic home on an easy to find road not far from the thruway. Very clean, very friendly, beautiful grounds, we went to celebrate our anniversary and a birthday. Spent one day at local nature center then relaxed on front porch before going out to dinner at a local golf course that was recommended by Maggie. She was so kind to leave us a birthday cake for my wife and yummy pastries from a local bakery plus fresh fruit, living room had nice couch and tv to relax with before retiring to the bedroom for a quiet nights rest. Pictures are correct, it’s spotless! Will return someday! Thanks Maggie and Jim!

An absolutely beautiful location. Cute and homey basement apartment. Very comfortable. We especially loved the pretty kitty that welcomed us and saw us off as well.

Mike's place has everything you need, and it's impeccably clean. Felt safe, was cozy, and Mike laid out all instructions beforehand, so I knew exactly what I had on store when I arrived and knew exactly how to check in, without any hiccups. 100% would recommend.

This may have been the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The place was homey and cozy, I slept like a baby. And Linda thought of absolutely everything you might need. She was super responsive and friendly. I wish I had been staying longer and would most definitely come back there!

Great place to stay convenient to Hamilton.

Perfect for a work weekend. We were out working during the day. We came back to the property in the evening we dropped the car and walked into the village. There were a few shops and restaurants that were great. Easy to get to. Quiet. Clean. Lots around the area to explore. Lots of parking. Would stay there again for sure.

Troy's place is suitable for a summer vacation! It has nice views of the lake and the area was nice and quiet. Although our stay was short, we really enjoyed it and would definitely stay again!

Clean, fairly easy to find, comfortable and a great location right in the heart of Armory Square.

What a unique place! Jeff thought of everything one might need while staying at his silo. It was extremely clean and comfortable. He was very flexible and accomodating when our travel plans changed. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and plan another stay in the future.

Needed a place to stay for the night on a road trip. Had a uhaul so the private parking was great to have. Spotless and spacious home:) was perfect.

Comfortable space in great neighborhood. I arrived late at night and it was a bit stressful to find the door hidden in a little walkway but after that very easy to get in. The condo was nicely laid out and the location was fun- walkable restaurants and museums. Bathroom sink was clogged but it really didn’t bother me too much. Nice big washer and dryer and air conditioning to make the space very comfortable. It is on the street above lively bar scene but was pretty quiet inside.

Casa Lago (upper) is the place to be! My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay as it was colorful, clean, and spacious . The decor adds that extra happiness of being at the beach. Location is key, and Casa Lago is in a prime spot within walking distance to all the fun Sylvan Beach has to offer! The view of the lake from the deck is spectacular! We enjoyed the music from Harpoon Eddies (next door) each evening on the deck. Codey was a great host! He responded to any questions we had in stellar time, and he made sure we had everything we needed. We have been visiting Sylvan Beach for 30+ years, and staying at Casa Lago just made it all the more special this year!

Eileen's place exceeded our expectations. We loved the place and the location. We definitely would come back the next time we were in Syracuse.. We also enjoyed that Phoebes restaurant was so close and the food was good.
