Bring your boat, there is a private dock and the fishing is great! Enjoy the 2 kayaks and canoe, go for a swim or toss some horseshoes. After playing in the lake all day take an outdoor shower.. there is nothing like it! Then sit by the fire pit and enjoy the view. Make some memories, that's what lake life is all about!

The home has central air, a large exterior deck, and clean, cozy interior. Each of the two bedrooms have quality mattresses for a good night’s rest. The kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy the fireplace, foosball, books, and games. Go fish at the boat launch down the hill. Bring your ATV! We’d LOVE to host your getaway!

Off Grid cabin, Cozy, warm up by the fire.

A unique, octagon, cedar log cabin, situated on 40 secluded wooded acres. A short hike over the Sucker River on a storybook foot bridge to a generous deck which surrounds the cabin. You will need to be physically fit to stay here. You must climb a steep ladder to the loft and do a 2ft step to get off the deck to the marshy land below for making a fire. Also bring a sense of adventure! Wildlife is very near. We do not allow animals or smoking of any kind, sorry.

We are known for beautiful sunsets with quiet surroundings and located minutes from the famous Brule River, great hiking trails nearby and a 35 minute drive from Duluth/Superior or a bit further east to the Bayfield/Ashland area. In the summer, you will find a picnic table near the apartment to enjoy meals outdoors. Launch your boat, kayak, or canoe at the nearby boat launch and explore the river! Park your boat at our dock during your stay. We highly recommend AWD for winter guests.
