Monthly Rentals in Sunland Park

This place was perfect for us. I’d stay again. I loved the scenery.

I found the location great for accessing both the West side shops and restaurants as well as the pass for easy access to the East side. The home was very clean, modern and lovely. My only minor issue was that the property has shared walls, and if the guests on that side are noisy, you will hear it. Amber was very responsive when this was an issue. I stayed here for 2 weeks and felt it was a good value for a studio space.

Rita thought of everything! We especially enjoyed the fresh fruit after a long trip.

Beautiful minimally decorated Airbnb with beautiful views. Felt so at home, bed is comfortable, has everything you need, & if not tell make sure you have it ASAP. So safe, so many great restaurants nearby, hiking close. Didn’t want to leave. There is a railroad close & chickens that can get a bit noisy but I sleep like a rock so I didn’t mind. Would definitely stay again.
