It’s a .75 walk to the sand so it’s easy to walk, or ride to the beachfront. It’s only a quick 8 miles into downtown Charleston. You will have 2 dedicated, covered parking places. Building does has an elevator. We are a smoke free/pet free rental. New in 2024: updated kitchen cabinets.

Or a short 6 minute drive/Uber to King Street if you want the Southern Charm experience. Folly LOVE ❤️

Perfectly located two minutes from the Beach and Fifteen minutes to Downtown Charleston and roughly twenty-five minutes to the Airport. Our newly renovated condo is the best location for those wanting to explore all that Charleston has to offer. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. There is a spacious porch for you to enjoy a meal and the warm breeze. This is the perfect beach getaway.

Private Pet Friendly Condo

Keep it simple at this peaceful, centrally-located place. Walk to the marsh at the end of the street or put in a small boat/kayak at the next street over! This condo is recently renovated but the building is from the 50s so it's not flawless. Simply furnished and the furniture is vintage(ish). It's a clean, comfy spot surrounded by nature smack in the middle of all Charleston has to offer (12min to downtown, 10min to Park Circle, 20-35min to beaches).
