Villa vacation rentals in Summerville

We had a wonderful weekend staying in the IOP! This condo met all our family's needs. It was clean, welcoming, and spacious for our crew of five. I definitely recommend it, as everything was very comfortable and accommodating!

This is a great stay and very affordable! Walkable area and amazing beach access. Very clean and safe with a great view. The mattress was great and two people slept well on it. The bunk beds would be best for shorter kids and don't have barriers up, but that wasn't a concern for us. I would 100% return!

We had to leave another home( different hosts) we booked as the pool was closed due to hurricane, the beach was closed for dredging and it had a bad mold smell…. This new house was amazing and had everything we needed. They also were very accommodating in getting us in as quickly as possible. We had a baby with us so moving places wasn’t fun but myoceanrentals really came through. Thank you so much. We will stay again.

This is a great house in a perfect location on Folly! You can walk anywhere you need to go including the beach and Center Street (with all the restaurants/bars/shops)! The house was super clean and very well furnished! We will definitely look to book again!

The place was comfortable, clean, and close to what we needed it to be close to! I would recommend the place to others for sure - it was a good fit for my 7-year-old and me (he loved the bunk beds!)

Overall, an acceptable property. Location is good in a quiet, desirable neighborhood. Great for walking. Close to restaurants and shopping plus Charleston’s attractions and beaches are easily accessible. Please note the house is a villa (one shares walls with another home). Wish I had been aware of this in advance. Mea culpa but I did not realize “villa” denotes shared walls. Neighbors were very quiet; we rarely heard them plus we made every attempt to be as silent and respectful as possible. An odd feature is one sets foot into a rather cavernous, mostly unfurnished room upon entering via the front door (looks like it was formerly a living room) but for relaxing there is a welcoming, enclosed “Florida” room at the rear of the house. Our visit was during a cold snap in February; it was COLD and drafty sitting in that room! The Master BR was the only warm, toasty room in the house. Kitchen is in good shape with a pretty good supply of kitchen supplies for cooks.

The pictures don’t lie. The villa is outstanding. And the courtyard is even better than the pictures indicate once you see it all in person, including the beautiful fountains, sitting areas, and pool. Plus the location is highly walkable to restaurants, shops, and attractions in multiple directions. 10/10. Highly recommend.

I grew up in Charleston and was getting all my family and brothers family to town This was a great location. Needed a place easy for my parents to be able to access. Location, parking, access, view and space all perfect! Elevator was fine. Only items less than perfect - the condo is a bit tired -it needs some tlc. And it had nearly no items like condiments, and minimal other items needed in a rental home - dishwasher pods, garbage bags. Place this large needed more but I called and got more so points for that. Overall all, I would definitely go back!!!

Our little group adored this place! Ocean front, coffee on the patio, very clean and comfortable, fantastic and walkable location. We can’t say enough about our experience and we enjoyed every moment! Very attentive management as they checked in on us early and quickly fixed the only problem we had which was a slow draining shower. Highly recommend this place for large groups/families or a trio of girlfriends like us who each want a private bathroom 😂 I’ve stayed in many rentals over the years and this one is at the top of my list to return to!

The view was spectacular. You honestly couldn’t get a better view for the price and the easy accessibility to downtown Folly Beach/bar and restaurant area. Communication was great and check-in/out was simple.

We had a great stay at Folly Beach. Great location, nice size condo. The only suggestion I would make is the kitchen is very sparse.

Exactly as advertised. Not brand new, but appropriately priced beachfront!

Wish the pool was heated. Loved the views! Close drive to Charleston. Easy access to beach and pool.

Very beautiful place, view was amazing and place very well kept. Only problem we faced was the fact that the elevator was broken and we had to walk several flights of stairs to the 4th floor several times per day. Other than that, everything was amazing.
