Summer was so amazingly responsive! And their home was very comfy and welcoming! So convenient to have golf cart and access to a private beach. Kids couldn’t get enough of it! Beds were so comfy.

Beautiful 15-minute walk to the beach where we got to spot alligators, walk through bridges, and enjoy the serenity of the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. The villa was spotless, and the patio made it so great to have coffee in the morning and relax in the middle of the day.

We had such a good time on vacation at this Air BnB. We will definitely be back! Everything was as described and the Westin amenities were great.

This place was perfect! Excellent location for families with small kids. Also Kristina was extremely responsive and helpful with anything and everything we needed. Would come back!

My family and I stayed for two weeks. We all felt very comfortable and at home. There were a couple of minor issues that occurred that were unexpected and out of Robin’s control, however, she immediately responded and actions were taken to fix the problems. We were pleased with the quick response. The location was pristine for walking to the beach. Additionally, the rental is very close to many restaurants and shopping areas. It is my pleasure to highly recommend Robin’s rental. If you are looking for a clean, warm and welcoming home that is walking distance to the beautiful Hilton head beaches - you will love it! We had an amazing stay in Kathy’s villa. Prior to our stay, Kathy provided a detailed manual with an answer to every question we could possible have. My son and his friend enjoyed biking throughout the resort. The beach was a short, enjoyable walk or bike ride away. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were very comfortable. I will definitely recommend this property to others and will consider renting it again on a future trip to Hilton Head.

Excellent stay and Christian was always very responsive. The unit had plenty of space for two adults and four children. We had no issues at all. Everything was functional and the water pressure in the showers was great. The unit is a bit dated, but well kept. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and quick bike ride to the Coligny area. The provided beach gear and rolling cart were great to have. The bikes were too large for our kids, but Christian recommended a place where we could rent the sizes we needed and they were delivered right outside the unit. Overall, this was exactly what we needed for a long weekend family beach trip.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful and very clean. Huge bonus of having an in unit washer and dryer as well. Paige was extremely nice and very responsive the few times we messaged her during our stay. We would highly recommend this host. Thank you again.

Place is beautiful. Has a great view of the driving range and other greens on the golf course. Easily walkable. Owner very attentive and helpful. Had a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was perfect! Walked across the street to the private pool and then another 1 minute walk to the private beach. The deck looks over a beautiful pond and is a lovely place to start the day with coffee or breakfast. There is very spacious sunroom and living room along with a very large dining table to seat a large group. The kitchen is very spacious as well. The beds were very comfortable and we found everything very clean. There is a a general store on the plantation which is a short walk if you need some additional groceries. Very good recommendations for restaurants were also provided. There are plenty of fans throughout the home to keep the temp cool. Plenty of beach towels but beware of the beach chairs....they are VERY rusty so bring your own or pick some up while visiting. The only other item I need to mention is the staircase to the 2nd floor. It is spiral and not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.

hello. matt was very very proactive helpful leading up to the stay with clear instructions, it is a complex so after locating it was very easy to find, i just pinned this on maps, bit book inside with things to do and places to go, parking there is plenty, i guess in the summer months it could get busier but that's it, the place itself is lovely, 2 lower rooms are big and plenty of room for clothes and the singles upstairs, kitchen is a good size, 2 people can be in there the same time, everything was clean and tidy and a lovely washer and dryer with "timer" start was fantastic! big kitchen table and living area for evenings and TV, we were there to play golf, 6mins from Atlantic dunes and 14 from harbor town, 15 from RTJ and Arthur hills, so it located very well, rileys bar and bank is very close to walk to, i would 100% book again for next year and will do in Jan when i return for another comp!, thanks matt!

The villa was beautiful, spacious, and clean. It is in a wonderful location. We thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay!

My sisters and I just spent a week at Charburgh Yacht Club condo and thoroughly enjoyed the condo and IOP. The gated community of Wild Dunes gave us a safe feeling and the grounds and amenities were lovely and well kept. The condo was light, bright and welcoming with thoughtful addition of shampoo, soap etc and comfy beds. The pond off the deck was a nice, peaceful touch of nature. The easy walk to the beach and quick drive to IOP, Charleston and other sites made our days very enjoyable. We will gladly recommend the condo to friends and family and look forward to returning for another vacation!

Beautiful location and packed with amenities. Walkable to the beach and just a quick car ride to dozens of restaurants and shops. Super clean space. Would definitely return.

The house was fantastic! Easy walking distance to the beach and close proximity to so many locations. Colleen was a terrific host and made everything very simple. She took care of so many of the little things we wouldn’t have thought of to make our stay as simple and relaxing as possible. I would highly recommend Colleen and this particular location to anyone considering visiting the Myrtle beach area.

We loved our stay in Fripp Island, and will definitely be back to this same condo in the future! Everything was so clean and comfortable, beautiful location and close enough to Beaufort for meals and activities. We brought our daughter for her 2nd birthday getaway, her favorite place is the beach! She was not at all disappointed that she basically had the whole beach to herself, and despite it being a little chilly, we had a blast. Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice property. The whole complex is beautiful with 2 pools. The house was super clean and updated. Short walk to the beach. One thing to keep in mind if traveling with young kids, there are no bath tubs, only showers. It was a little tricky with 2 toddlers but we figured it out. Overall, really nice place!

We really enjoyed our stay in HHI! Villa Alto was in the perfect location, and the proximity to the pool and beach could not be beat! There also was an amazing pirate ship playground within walking distance that we visited daily. Heather and Mark were amazing hosts and were extremely responsive, helpful and understanding. They’re everything you can hope for in a host- highly recommend!

Very well stocked and beautifully decorated home. All you need to bring is your suitcase! Great location, close to everything. Would definitely return when in Hilton Head.

The location was excellent with easy ocean access and a 15 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Bill answered all my questions in a timely manner. In April, the pool was heated and was refreshing after a day of biking on HHI. We rented bikes right across the street at Island Life Rentals and was able to take advantage of the grill at the Hilton right next door. The kitchen had everything we needed for a short 3 night stay.

The updated unit is perfect. Fanatic location next to the tennis facility. Covered parking is a nice plus . The unit is a perfect size and has everything you would need for a lovely, comfortable stay. Cynthia is a wonderful host , we highly recommend!

Booked a last minute trip to Hilton Head with family and could not have been happier we booked here. The unit itself is really nice and is very close to the beach/restaurants/shops at Coligny Park. It was super easy to check-in and communication was great. Will definitely look to rent from here on future trips!
