Great place!! Will stay again!

Our stay with Alicia was amazing!!! She provided me with great directions straight to her condo. The condo was decorated very cute and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. The kitchen was equipped with a toaster, microwave, Blender and electric can opener. She provided us with plenty of beach towels, even a small cooler to use at the beach. Her little touches were awesome she provided sample shampoos conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. Which I thought was lovely. The use of her beach wagon and chairs was super !!! She even had a small clothes line on the deck with clothes pins to hang out our suits and towels. We will definitely be back !!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer! Sarah was a great host with communication and their place was very relaxing - especially the patio with lake view! My husband and I enjoyed taking in all of the cute shops Pawley Island has to offer and enjoyed wonderful meals at Quigley’s, Local, Whiskey Moon & Cafe, and Rustic Table. The restaurant and bar directly beside Summerhouse is currently undergoing some repairs and remodeling, so those weren’t open while we were there. They looked like great spots to enjoy on a future visit, though!

This property is exactly what we needed for our Spring Break trip. Condo is very cozy and looks just like the pictures. The owner was responsive and helpful. So much to do that you don't have to leave property if you don't want to. I loved that it was a quick walk to beach and several pools. My son loved the indoor pool area the best. Bike riding was great. Yummy food spots on property. We would definitely come back and book this location.

The location was amazing & super convenient. We found the beach stuff in one of the closets at the end of day one & it was a game changer for the rest of the stay with transporting our stuff to & from the beach. It was so relaxing & peaceful. It was also really awesome to be in the same building as the indoor pool. Awesome experience & can’t wait to come back!

Tracy’s place was great! She is lovely and will check in with you the entire time to make sure you have everything you need. She kept the place great and was very responsive to anything I needed during my stay. Her place was easy to access and in a great spot close to the hospital for my rotation there. It was also safe and I never felt uneasy!

The place is amazing. The beach area was quiet and relaxing and family friendly. My husband and I were able to relax under the shade of a tree, and enjoy the view and water sound. We really enjoyed our stayed . The location is very peaceful. And a short drive to local restaurants.

We had an amazing stay here. From waking up and making breakfast to playing around the room and beach with the kids. It’s such a beautiful peaceful place to stay. It was clean, it was quiet, it’s less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. The little bar/grille thing in the back is so cute and convenient when you want a drink or something. They were having karaoke the one night and my daughter went and danced around with all the kids under the gazebo. It was so much fun and nothing describes the feeling of seeing the happiness on their faces. Jessica and Larry are so nice ,helpful and quick to respond when you need anything. There was only one issue I had and it was a little one. Since there’s a keypad the door does not lock from the inside so if you have little ones just be prepared to block the door so they don’t open it, we had a wagon and it perfectly sat in the space to block the door! Other than that it’s an amazing studio to stay at and I would definitely recommend in future.

Great hosts! Very helpful and quick to reply. We forgot a spare set of keys at their place and they shipped them to help us out. Highly recommend! A++

We had a lovely stay at Steve and Jenna’s. Perfect for a family, easy access (walkable) to the beach. The location was great, the resort full of charm. We were very close to a tennis court, and the pool was easy to locate. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a great stay!! The place looked just like the pictures. Location was also fantastic!! So close to the beach. The condo is in a gated area which was so nice & made us feel so safe. Amber was SO ACCOMMODATING and even let us check in early because the cleaning crew finished early.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I ever stayed in. Clean and comfortable with beautiful Ocean views and access to the water.

Although we had to sit through a week of hurricane weather, we still managed to enjoy our stay. Condo was perfect set up for family and furnished/decorated very well. Location was great, could be at multiple stores and restaurants in minutes. Resort was nice and well maintained, would recommend for families with small kids especially.

We felt right at home & the amenities onsite were accessible. I just didn’t notice the beach accessories on the balcony.

Having an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna was ideal for Feb. in Hilton Head. The boardwalk to the beach was very walkable. Jeremy was quick with local recommendations. We stayed for a month so did a lot of our own cooking. The kitchen was ideal for this....plenty of workspace and great appliances. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the area. Great seafood locally!

The location was great. The amenities kept my girls entertained. I felt like the property was dated, but access to the private beach made up for that. Everyone I met was friendly and there were a good amount of kids. Very family oriented property. Hopefully we will be back.

Huge house! Very private. Has a dock and boat launch. Beautiful view of the lake from all levels of the house. Plenty of rooms and common space. Would definitely stay here again!

Our fam of 3 has been coming to HHI 3 of the last 4 years as a bday gift for our son to play golf & this was our first time staying in Sea Pines & it was a dream!!!💚 Quick to get anywhere & Carolina Place neighborhood🏘️ felt so safe & FT neighbors were so lovely when we’d see them. We’ve air bnb’d from BHB each time & they’re wonderful to work w! As usual they were v fast to reply to any message & always had an easy fix/answer. 📲 The house was just as described & pictured, but even prettier! The lagoon views are bigger than the full wall windows in the living room, just unreal serene!! 🥰 A hot tub was our 1 “must” this year & it was perfect- v clean, easy to use, & so pretty on that deck!! Dryer has steam function to unwrinkle clothes from packing too!🙏🏼 *Tip- Bed closest to full bath on 2nd floor was the comfiest. Loved binder on the tv stand owners made that had their bio & lots of recs from them + ones they collected from guests! 5/5🌟 would stay here again! Thank you!!!

Once again, our family had a terrific stay on Lake Keowee in a beautiful spot! We always enjoy our time here and we so appreciate the lovely accommodations!

We loved Rob's place! It is the cleanest, most well stocked Airbnb we have stayed in! We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor amenities, including the firepit, kayaks, pedal boat, and of course fishing off the dock, where we caught a LOT of catfish! Everyone had a great time and we hope to visit again! Thank you Rob and Sam for sharing your beautiful home!

We loved our stay! This Airbnb felt like an Oasis, had everything from outdoor entertainment, indoor entertainment, very spacious, clean and most of all such a relaxing space. Doug was great to communicate with, we were worried about how the fire would affect our trip since we were driving from NY and he put us at ease while keeping in touch. We absolutely loved this Airbnb and cannot wait to come back.

Beautiful everything was described clean easy to enter . The golf cart was fantastic great way to get around. Tara was super nice and very helpful.
