Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Steinheim

Those who want to be quiet and beautiful are in good hands there. We had 2 wonderful days at this house with 3 kids and dog. Great and very tastefully decorated...

We were completely satisfied with our stay. Everything was clean, the amenities perfect and the hosts very friendly. We enjoyed our vacation and the contact with Ria and her husband very much.

We were warmly welcomed by Andrea personally and she showed us around. The house is nicely and comfortably furnished and has two absolute highlights with the barrel sauna and the massage chair. In cooler weather, you should plan enough wood (note extra costs) to heat with the fireplace. That's the only way to get the house nice and warm. No problem for us. Slippers or thick socks are still recommended. The hiking trails in the area are great and we enjoyed the time overall very much! Many thanks and best regards from Josefin and her dog Rubi :)

Such a cool space! Perfect combo of historic and modern. The kids loved the loft bedroom. We took a train to Hameln and grabbed a taxi to the house (only $10 euros). Once there, we walked everywhere. You’re a few blocks from the Main Street and square. House was clean and beds comfortable. My only regret is we didn’t stay an hour extra day to relax in the garden/patio.

We had a very nice weekend among friends here. The house is cozy and very well equipped for cooking together. The rooms and beds were very clean and everything was in very good condition. We will be happy to come back.

We were there for a weekend and felt very comfortable. It is super cozy, very loving and good layout of the apartments. Fast and easy communication. The best part was the conservatory overlooking the water. Highly recommended!

It was once again a perfect stay, in a super cozy apartment, in a nice, quiet neighborhood. On the recommendation of our hostess, I took the bus to Detmold to the market. Everything is super accessible. Also on site is a beautiful spa park to linger and rest.

We had booked a 4-day stay and wanted to celebrate Christmas with the family near the accommodation. But then everything changed. Thanks to Heike's flexibility and understanding, we were able to spend a relaxing time in the beautiful apartment (decorated with a lot of love, for every little detail). It was a great stay with very friendly hosts! You immediately felt at home. For a family with kids, a perfect place to relax in a great environment. The two dogs are very trusting and were the highlight for our children. Rainer and his family were very welcoming and treated us like friends, which was a great addition for us. The apartment was much more spacious than we had imagined and is very comfortably furnished. The outdoor area is also designed with a lot of love for details. We will definitely visit again!

Charming ambiance, large garden and a forest right outside the front door for long walks - what more could you want. The conservatory or fireplace invites you to linger and there was enough space for the children. We felt completely comfortable

A fantastic, magical, cozy place to stay that we can fully recommend!! We were allowed to spend a family weekend here. It was wonderful for EVERYONE despite the age range of 16-82 years. In reality, the rooms are even nicer than in the photos. Even in the darker season it is very cozy here. The view of the castle is the icing on the cake. Contact with Anna was excellent. Corvin is a really great host, he is always available and very eager to solve any inconvenience. We were with a group of 9 adults and 3 children in the estate. It's really a crazy amount of space and you always find something to do. Be it tennis, billiards, poker, playing the piano or just chilling together on the huge sofa or enjoying the sun outside and barbecuing. The bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs are in very good condition and partly completely new. On the first floor, however, some renovation is necessary. Due to the many possibilities, the green surroundings and especially the great tennis court, this is rather secondary.

It was beautiful on this space. We felt immediately comfortable and didn't want to leave. Very nice!

Great apartment in perfect location. We were on site with two dogs. You could go for a great walk, right outside the front door. The apartment itself was bigger than in the photos. Plenty of space for four and two dogs. The landlady was very nice - she did not disturb our dog bark either. The neighbourhood was also nice. If you like to pet cows, roosters crow and do pigeons are just as right here as people who want to explore the area around the Teutoburg Forest. 110% recommended.
